Great Location

If you want the beach at your doorstep this is the place for you! We also loved that each of our kids had their own bedroom so the baby wasn't waking up the older one. It was a great stay! Thank you :)

Great location! Just steps from the water!

This condo is a beautifully decorated home and includes lots of amenities. In my opinion, this unit is the best possible location in this building because of its location on the first floor. This gives guests easy access to the beach and pool areas. Eric is great at communicating check in instructions. We also enjoyed walking in this little community and a nice dinner at Bruno’s pizza!

Sun, Sand, & Sea Beautiful Beach Min-Vacay

Eric was great at communicating and responding! The condo was just as photographed. Clean, comfortable beds, games, & clear tvs for movie warching. The atmosphere was quiet, with beautiful sunrises every day and just steps away from the pool and beach. This unit was easily accessible and adequately stocked with everything needed to enjoy cooking or grilling by the pool. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great beach condo, top 2 in the entire building

Only two properties in the building are able to walk out to the pool or beach without going through the parking garage, this is one of them. Kids loved it, we loved it. Ormond was great, we had never been. Place was fully equipped and we were even able to cook a nice Easter ham dinner. Would go back in a heartbeat and probably will!

We had a wonderful time! This place is perfect! Just as described! The pool heater wasn't working but we enjoyed the beach just as well. Will definitely book again! Eric was wonderful to work with and allowed us an extra late check out!!!

Ormandy stay

The property and condo are well maintained. Being able to walk off the balcony and down to the pool area and beach is a real treat. The next-door park is a plus for a toddler. The accommodations are nice, including kitchen appliances, counters, dishes, etc. The property is quiet, except of course for the ever-present sound of the waves. The only beef is that the literature promised a heated pool and a top floor clubhouse. We didn't expect to have warm pool water in February so the pool heater being out wasn't a shock. We also didn't really need a clubhouse so that wasn't a problem either. However, it should be taken from the property description if it's not available.

5-Star Stay! Can't wait to return!

This property was as amazing as advertised. The location is steps away from the beach with a stunning view from the balcony. The location is safe and secure and is close to restaurants and shopping. The home was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The ground floor location made it easy to come and go and had more than enough room for the 5 of us. 5-Stars to the host as well, who answered all questions we had immediately and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and when we return to Florida this is where we want to stay!

Great Beach Front

Our stay here was amazing. We stayed 9/25/24 - 9/28/24. Very clean, well stocked and the beach is literally your back yard. It's on the first floor which made it super easy to get in with luggage and groceries. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and leads right to the beach. The owner of the property was very helpful and responded promptly to all questions we had. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Great Property and Location

The property is located on a quiet section of the beach, but close to good dining and shopping. The condo was clean and well appointed. Our family loved being on the first floor with direct access to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend this property.

Exceptional property on the ocean

Ormond doesn't have a lot of walkout three bedrooms directly on the ocean, and this one did not disappoint. Very clean, well equipped and super convenient to open the door and walk out to the beach. Close to restaurants and Publix. The owner was easy to contact and makes efforts to assure that al is well with your stay. Hope to visit again in the future!

Nearly perfect!

The size, available beds, comfort level of the condo, space, access to the beach and available beach equipment was great! I loved the ability to walk out the balcony gate directly to the pool amd beach. There was plenty to offer each person in our group. The adults could easily keep an eye out for everyone if they were on the balcony as well. The only unfavorable part, was the grounds keeper/manager for the building (not the individual condo) was a grouch. We saw him constantly scold people for silly things. As soon as we arrived, we heard him yelling at the condo above us from the lawn, to remove the towels from their balcony rail because it wasnt allowed and they should know. Lots of little gripes through the weekend. But we overlooked him! Just beware of the troll 😆 Would stay again!

Family Vacation

Our trip was fantastic! We were joining our family who own a home next door. Four of my grandchildren and I stayed in this condo. Two were completing thier summer college finals at the condo online. It was an easy walk on the beach to join our family but this condo left us with enough room to not be overwhelmed. It also allowed those taking finals a quiet place away from the noisy family. We hope to visit again.

Amazing property

The property is more beautiful than the pictures can capture. The unit has three bedrooms that have plenty of space for 8 people to sleep. This is one of only two units in the building that has direct access to thr beach. The host was also great to communicate with before and during the trip. We would 100% recommend this property and host.
