Our host was very welcoming! We had booked a hotel for two nights prior to this stay. Unfortunately, the hotel double-booked us/gave our room to someone else! So, we reached out to our host to see if by chance, they had availability to add on to our stay and arrive two nights early. They were very prompt in their response, and were able to accommodate us, which was a huge relief! The property was as described.

Good but not impress

First time in Dytona and i was especting more. The building and the apt was nice and clean. Pool super nice and a lot of activities like live music, and free ice cream in the condo. But the thing is that i was disapointed because the tourist area was small, only a few miles. The rest of Daytona was horrible, everithing was old, locals closed and abandoned. The beach was not good, the water was too dark and there was lots of waves, the sand was also a little bit dirty. Now ive seen it for the first time but i wouldnt come back. In Florida there are a lot of beaches better than that, more fun and things to do.

The title, pictures, and description of this property look great. What you actually get is a different story. This condo has not been newly remodeled. A “landlords special” is a better description. White paint on everything including the bottom of the fridge to hide god knows what. But oddly not the ceilings so you can see the obvious bad paint job. Extremely dirty!! Floors have a thick coat of dirt and grim. Bathroom was dirty with a knob missing off the cabinet. Hair on the pillow. Dust everywhere. Door that is damaged and hard to open. They are very serious about their towels even charging a fee if you stain them but they do not provide you a towel for each person staying in the condo. I’ve stayed at charge by the hour motels that are cleaner than this place. Would definitely not recommend. Price per night is way too high for what you get.

Better than Pictures Show

Pictures are out of date. The property was renovated since the pictures were taken and it is even better than advertised. Bedroom has 2 queen beds as described in the description, not the single bed as shown in the pictures. Property is in the middle of everything and we had no issues.

Nice condo with an exceptional ocean view. We even got to see 2 rocket launches from the balcony! Only complaint is that the elevators are so slow.

Great condo!!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed and then some. Could not beat the view from balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, beds and furniture looked fine and was very comfortable. Place was very clean too. Had one issue in that i needed a cookie sheet and the maneger Mandy had it brought up within the hour. Very good communication with her. Highly recommend this condo.

NDA nationals trip

The location is perfect for what we were there for. The pool area is great and pool bar. We would stay here again. Property manager was quick to respond to our needs. Didn’t have an iron in the condo, but we got one pretty quick after requesting one.

Security was very helpful. Staff overall was polite and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and kids loved it especially the kid pool area. The room was good the only thing was I wish there was a mop to do the floors with because they have alot of sand, which is expected and make ur feet black if you walk barefoot.

Great location right on beach…needs a good scrubbing

I understand it’s tough to find good help, so, I can understand why the unit was not as clean as I had hoped. I would recommended the owners do a good clean scrubbing on this unit and perhaps replace a few items such as: Bedspread Hair dryer (it had so much dust in it that I didn’t want to touch it) Stove light New nonstick frying pan (the one we were going to use was not clean and is very scratched) Light switch plates ( they are really dirty). Perhaps clean the bases boards and behind the bed. The couch was very uncomfortable and you sink down with a loud squeak! The bed however was comfortable. The view of ocean was fantastic and the overall building is clean with the staff very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, we probably would not choose this unit again in the future.

Family vacation

Check in was easy with no problems, had to wait about 10 minutes for a luggage cart after checking in. The condo was clean and was as described with a beautiful view. We decided to stay an extra night and was very appreciate of the prompt response and instructions for the extra night! There are just a few things in the condo that could use some attention but nothing that interfered with a great stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Please Fix Air Conditioner! Hot!

Beautiful property. But A/C not working. It's running non stop with no cool air at all. Because of that you can't sleep at night the temperature in a condo 76 and never lower. Also the matress on a sofa living room horrible uncomfortable. My child was unable to sleep at all. Sink in a bathroom clogged. Kitchen needs to be upgraded with more pots and pans. We had a great time at the resort. We love the resort this our annual vacation time spending, but first time at this unit. Please consider doing something with A/C with hot and humidity you made it impossible to enjoy the vacation. I hate to leave bad review, but out of 4 nights we can't even sleep due to temperature in a unit.

Not Acceptable Needs Updating

We would not recommend a stay at this resort. The unit needs a COMPLETE renovation. All appliances, and furniture need to be updated. Upon arrival, nothing in the bathroom appeared to be cleaned(the owners did have someone come out and clean next day after calling the owners). The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets appeared to be dirty. We had to spend an extra $100 to buy sheets, and pillows to feel comfortable , the couch in the living room sinks in if you sit on it. There was also a reddish stain in the couch. The cable in the bedroom would not connect so we were unable to use the cable in the bedroom. There is a hole in the wall near the washer and dryer. I would not recommend a stay at this unit until it has been completed renovated.
