  • Fun and comfort in the best location in Daytona Beach. Steps from all the fun and attraction that Daytona Beach has to offer. This 322 sq. foot studio condo is on the ground floor. So, if convenience and comfort are on the top of your list, this is for you. Steps from a drive-free beach. This unit is not oceanfront. There is a window in the kitchenette with an ocean view. Just step outside the unit and a few yards you are that the beautiful Daytona Beach. Or enjoy the pool overlooking the ocean. The unit has a new hybrid mattress encased for your protection. There is a kitchenette with all you will need to cook a meal. Small frig & a hot plate to cook meals. Pots and dishes, Mr. Coffee maker, blender, etc. Ice is available in the building. In addition to central air, there is a portable air conditioner hooked up for extra comfort. There is a window view of the ocean. 2 Beach towels, Bath, hand and wash towels, shampoo, paper towels, and a hair dryer are available. However, only 4 toilet paper rolls and 1 large paper towel are provided. Anything thing else is the responsibility of the guest to purchase. This unit is yards from the pier and Joe's Crab house. you can't beat the convenience and comfort this unit delivers! Please note this is NOT an ocean front or ocean view unit. It DOES not have a balcony. It is a first-floor unit with easy parking and very convenient to access the beach and pool! The building is ocean front, with a pool and on a NO Drive beach. The pool is open and there is easy access from the unit.

right on the beach and clean!!

This place was clean and had everything we needed to stay. The owner got back to us immediately when we had questions. Very good location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful getaway

The place was just as described. Very nice and quaint, we definitely enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again. Definitely only big enough for 2 though, it’s a efficiency motel room made up much nicer, but it’s very quaint and very clean

I loved this little hotel! It was the perfect size, very clean and nice. The parking was super close and the location was great. Everything was up to date and organized. If I could book here again, I definitely would!

Place and hosts were good. Had some issues but host fixed them promptly. Would like to stay again once hurricane damage and renovations are done.

Good value great Location

Ideal for one or two people, close to the beach. Everything worked in the unit. Daytime noise with ongoing property repairs, due to Hurricane damage.

Short stay

The room was comfortable, could have used an extra blanket. Overall was clean but it is Florida and by the beach so floor was a bit gritty. Put a towel down next to bed to wipe feet before climbing in.

Would NEVER stay there again....even if you paid

Although the check in process was fairly easy, getting in the door waa not. The door has a code (which we were given) however no instruction on how to use the key pad to open or lock it. We did figure it out. We arrived on Thurs evening after a descent ride i wanted to take a shower and the water was cold so i let it run for about 10 minutes and tried again. Nope still cold. Gave up. Got up Friday morning and tried again. Nope still wouldnt get hot. I contacted the owner and she stated to me that the water temp is 95 and that is sufficient. It was 60 outside and she said because it comes from the roof it would only get to 95. Thats less than body temp. I told her that was unacceptable. She said she couldnt get anyone until later that evening. Again not acceptable. I understand it was the day after a holiday however as a homeowner that rents the.property out it is her responsibility to have it checked out. Explained to her we would cut our loss for the one night we stayed and we would be leaving to pleaae refund us. She said "no". We were not going to wait since we could not a shower. We didn't come on vacation to spend time in a room to wait until it could/couldnt be fixed. So we ended up having to get a hotel room which is not an additional expense we expected. I understand things come up and sometimes it may take a little bit to get fixed. HOWEVER, when you are on vacation you don't to waste your time.

Communication was excellent, was a few issues that were taken care of quickly with the cable/tv. Disappointed that the pool was unavailable but would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part.

It was ok...I would call it a hotel before I called it a condo, we were disappointed as far as that, also there was one set of bathroom towels, and we actually had to wash them before we used them ( they stunk to put it lightly) so I'd recommend an extra set and also an extra blanket in the living quarters. We were told there was construction, however we wasnt told there wasnt an exit to the beach or that the pool would be closed... other than those few minor things it was a good stay.

Great location, excellent host

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with this property. The location is great and despite the poor weather, we had a great time. The host was responsive and helpful. I hope we are able to stay here again next year! Thanks Ena!

On Vacation

Needed more linens. On vacation do not want to do laundry. And maybe a more comfortable bed, but other than that was great.

Accommodated very well

Very accommodating even when we had vehicle issues as they let my father use the pull out bed so we could have a way around while we were in town visiting family. Had a little issue with the tow company and WiFi password not working but overall a great stay.

Pleasant but smelled like smoke

The property building needs major cosmetic work. But the room it’s self was nice and pleasant except for the fact it smelled like smoke. I did notify property owner, she was very fast with responses. She told us to make sure filter was on, upon trying to turn filter on it was not working. The filter needed to be replaced and there were no extra, so for 5 days we had the unpleasant smell of smoke in the room.

Excellent owner

It looks like it was recently renovated the condo, which is very nice. Communication is excellent! The building is being renovated, so it's not very eye appealing, but it was a great stay. Thank you so much!

i had ASK FOR ocean front view there was none.. there was none no pool . Not a happy camper. Had to rent a another place with oceAN VIEW AND A POOL.

We had a great time we enjoyed the beach I wish the pool was open open lots of people had dog's

Overall we had a great time lots to do shopping and dinning places although it was hard to get a fishing license WalMart couldn't get the computer to work to issue us a fishing license wasn't happy about that . But we had a lot of fun the weather was great.
