Beautiful view condo on the beach

This unit was spacious , comfy and clean. Humidifier in unit was a plus! Loved the balcony off the master and living room. Kitchen is equipped to cook. They even had a Wii gaming system w games, board games and books inside. In the parking garage in your parking spot there were plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys for beach fun. Easy access to pool , fitness area and beach….TV in every bedroom too. The greatest owners -they let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight schedule. They are friendly , quick to respond & easy to reach. We will stay here again !

Family Fun

The pool was clean and the setting is beautiful. Home away from home. My kids and granddaughter enjoyed having their own bedroom. The ocean was in my view which was my favorite thing to do rest on balcony overlooking pool and ocean. Loved having living room that could seat all six of us and very pretty dining area. Appreciated having a big refrigerator especially since my daughter n law had to store up her breast milk. Just a lovely time everyone had so much fun. Thank you Jason and Sharon for all your efforts in making our vacation a fun COOL temps in our home away from for a week. Rita lemen

Daytona Beach Feb 2023, perfect!

Number 1, the building was under some renovation which we were clearly told about. Loved the upfront information policy. It was no bother! This was the perfect spot for my adult family. The kitchen had everything you would need and all appliances work as expected. The bedrooms all had lovely mattresses and are very roomy! The in suite laundry was a huge bonus! The living has ample room for 6 people to relax and watch TV in the evening. The living room carpet was soft and spongy and we giggled every time we stepped on it. The balconies are basically the entire exterior of the suite and you get beautiful views of the ocean off the living room one. This place met all my musts, reasonably priced for the area, clean, safe. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. If you are looking for home away from home you’ve found your spot!

Nice place , good location. Lots of maintenance going on .

I knew about the maintenance before I rented, but didn't realize how extensive the maintenance was going to be. You could not get to the beach from the condo because the steps where washed away from hurricane damage. Only one elevator worked. However, wants once everything is fixed. It would be a great place to stay. I would go back after the maintenance is done.

Renters kept in great communication

It was too bad they were doing construction in mornings. Missed having beach access but it is what it is. Renters were good. Weather was better than our negative zero back home. Thanks for the hospitality.

Amazing Ocean Views

Great time at this 3 bedroom condo! We enjoyed the open floor plan and the view of the ocean. Construction work could be heard during the day, but we were not bothered by it. The pool was closed the first two days of our stay, but reopened on the third day. Be aware, due to the two recent hurricanes, there is no dry sandy beach. The ocean waves reach the sea wall most of the time. Fortunately, we were not in Daytona to lay out on the beach. Traffic was minimal in the area and the owner provided great ideas for restaurant options. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, and space to cook. Publix is just one mile north too. Our favorite two restaurants were Caribbean Jacks and Grind Bar and Tiki Restaurant in Ormond Beach about 7 miles north. Definitely would stay her again. Owner was a great communicator too!

Perfect Week

We had such a great week. Super close to Daytona Speedway which we went and toured. We spent much of our time on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and moon rises of the harvest moon. The facility is very nice and welcoming. Everything you need is there. The construction going on was annoying, but you block it out very quickly and was mentioned when we booked. We did have one owner who thought she was the property manager and owned the entire building, and too good to have vacationors there, and told lies about us, but other than that it was perfect. The actual owner was very responsive and welcoming, and responded with understanding and southern hospitality! We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

Amazing condo

We loved the particular condo we stayed in! Every convenience that was possible was offered and so many games, towels, blankets etc! We will definitely stay there again! The one and only complaint is that we are pool people and we’re up every morning at 7 because it said the pool opened at 7am, however most mornings, it was after 10:00-10:30 and even 11:00am one day before we could use the pool because of the maintenance guys cleaning etc. There was only one day out of our entire week we could use the pool before 10am. So that became a real bummer because we prefer the pool over the ocean due to my son being special needs. Other than that, we were very happy in condo #304 and the owners were great communicators and obviously the pool issue was out of their control.
