Ocean view/sounds were great. Beds were comfortable. Garbage found in cupboard above sink. Check in process was left to the last minute and host was not great about responding very quickly -- hours later he would respond.

Location is great close to restaurants and shopping and your right on the beach can’t wait to see the tiki bar and other pools get open there under construction

The host was welcoming and let us enter the condo early for check-in. The property was nice with a great beach view, we saw a rocket launch right from the balcony which was amazing. One of the outside pools was out of commission and the retaining wall I. The beach appeared to be damaged from a strong storm/hurricane.

The host was fine, the unit was good, but once again, the facility itself was run down and not worth the price you pay. No fault of the unit owner though. The room was clean, fully stocked with the necessities, comfortable beds, etc., the plumbing was not great, it worked but it was questionable but again, that is a factor of the facility, not the unit owner. One of the pools and the jacuzzi were out of order, the cabana is closed, and the beach access has been condemned. The gym was great. The garage parking is 100% not available to guests. So yeah, the room is fine, but the facility and the level of service expected for the price is not at all what it should be, so much so that my husband and I are debating on if we even want to attend the race ever again because we cannot find a decent facility to stay in. This has been true in every place we have stayed in in that area. The units are fine, the facilities and infrastructure are sub-par. The city planners have failed the Daytona area. Shame on them.

The only thing that was amiss was the AC unit not working but the host graciously offered other accommodations. The weather changed so that it was plenty comfortable and we enjoyed our stay overall. Everything was very clean and neat. We were just there overnight however I would happily stay again. The view was incredible as well.

Third stay at this resort. Property is in good shape, the room was clean, and the view was fantastic. My only critique is there was no coffee in the room, and nothing available on the property either. There was a coffee maker, filters, and sugar in the cabinets... so a 5 bag of coffee would've made all the difference... or at a minimum it would've been nice to know we needed to bring our own coffee to enjoy the morning view out on the balcony. Most places you rent on VRBO have coffee and condiments in them... a minor touch that goes a long way. All in all it was a good value for the price.

Daytona Stay

Booked an overnight beachfront stay. Great location, proximity to boardwalk, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. The location was perfect to wake up to the sunrise on the beach. I will definitely stay in this location again. A few things to note: the building the condo is located in appears to be going through renovations from a hurricane. Therefore, the indoor and outdoor pools are not accessible for families who would prefer the pool over the beach. Additionally, to access the beach you will walk around the building as the access points to the beach are blocked from renovations. There is a parking deck, but it was closed, again potentially from renovations, so the parking lot can get full. Overall, it was a great overnight stay.

The property was very nicely laid out and had a view of the beach! The plates, glasses and silverware were all dirty and the outdoor patio was covered with bird poop all over and on the chairs and table!

The apartment is old and humid the balcony it’s really dirty in the building everything is closed, all pool is dirty and out service the gym is closed the building is under repair, they needed more entertainment,the view is beautiful
