Everything with the condo was excellent. Exceptional views of the ocean and river so you get to see the sun rise and sunset. The hosts are great people to deal with and are readying available if you have any questions or issues which we had none. The only downside was the pool and deck were closed but there is beach access a few steps away from the condo. The repairs to the pool and deck should be open soon. Beautiful ocean view with easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a great beach vacation. Host was very friendly, kept in touch during all phases of the rental, and offered many suggestions for activities in the area. Would definitely recommend this condo rental.

Mark and Donna are excellent hosts. They provide thorough information related to area activities and restaurants. They are very responsive and communication is effective and clear. We enjoyed the condo. It was stocked with everything a family could want in terms of beach items, kitchen accessories and games. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful

This property is beautiful, it’s just like home. Mark & Donna have done a wonderful job of making their condo your home away from home. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Most importantly a washer and dryer. But the best thing is the area and the view, it’s absolutely gorgeous! I love to watch the sunrise, it was a little tricky because of the side view from the condo but I still saw some amazing sunrises. We even watched the falcon rocket zoom through the sky. This property is convenient to many of the fantastic sights in and around FL. On this trip we went to Saint Augustine, New Smyrna and Cape Canaveral. We also ate at our local favorite restaurants and tried a few new ones. Most importantly we made lasting memories with our family.I definitely recommend this host and their amazing property!

We took a boat ride. Ponce Inlet Watersports- Manatees & Dolphins Boat Tours. Very fun!

What a great place to rent, I stayed a week right on the beach and enjoyed it so much. The condo was decorated in a Beach theme in all the rooms which made it feel special. would walk down to the Beach everyday to take a dip. The condo was equipped with everything that a person needed. The kitchen didn’t lack a thing for cooking. The Host stayed in contact asking if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this place for a Beach getaway.

This condo was so cozy and everything from games and movies for a rainy day to all you need for a beach day. Kitchen was well equipped for all your cooking needs. The balcony had nice views of the ocean and the river. Loved our stay.

Wow, quel endroit magnifique. le Condo a répondu a toute nos attentes . Extrêmement bien équipés, il y a beaucoup de détail dans la décoration du condo. Facile d 'accès, stationnement sous-terrain parfais, très propre avec une vue incroyable du lever et du coucher de soleil. le condo est face au soleil du matin au soir. Le condo est littéralement sur la beach. Toute la famille ont adoré l'endroit et ces sur que nous allons revenir ici. Les communications et les réponses de donna sont très rapide, un service a la clientèle parfait. Merci mille fois Donna, je vous dit , a la prochaine fois. La famille Hubert

Our favorite place in Daytona!

First, I just want to say how amazing Donna was! She checked in with us every step of the way to make sure our vacation would be as enjoyable as possible & kept us up to date with anything we needed to know about. This is our favorite condo building to stay in Daytona so far. Great location, great view from the balcony. The condo was wonderful & made it feel like we were at home & comfortable for the week. Hope to see be back soon!

Future stays would be great

The property was hard to find (we did not see a sign like the other buildings in the area had). Due to renovations to the building, the balcony was closed for the duration and the pool was closed until Monday afternoon, though there was easy access to the beach next door. The view was great. The refrigerator quit working on Sunday but the repair man came out the next morning. It rained almost every day but we (daughter, three grandkids and my great granddaughter) still enjoyed the amenities.

Beach Trip

Easy to check in. Loved the gated parking garage. The condo has great views of the ocean and the river. They had some work going on to the building witch the owner let me know up front. She was very nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. The beds were really comfortable witch is a must for my family. We will stay hear again on our next visit.

Beach condo

Property located on 10th floor with nice water view. Arrival was a problem, as it was a cold, and windy night. There was no number on the doo, and the key was hard to use. ..we were unsure if we’d found the correct condo. Once in there was a very strong smell, which lasted almost a week, even with windows open . The king bed was extremely uncomfortable.. we like a firm mattress, and this was so soft that I rolled into my husband all night, and had to sleep in the other room.for the entire 2 weeks. If these issues were corrected, the place would be great, as another issue, regarding the internet was handled very efficiently, and the problem was completely resolved.

Wonderful family time

The condo had everything we needed, from assigned parking, gas grill, hot tub, shuffle board, beautiful view of the ocean and the Halifax River, close to our favorite restaurants, and wonderful family time at the beach! We also did a bio luminescent kayak tour in Titusville! Highly recommend it! Donna, thanks for all of your communications and for sharing your condo with us!

Sun, Sand and Fun!

The condo was awesome, it had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter LOL!! We had a great time and Donna and Marks condo really made the trip. The location was really great, having an assigned parking space made it even better. We loved the balcony and being able to enjoy morning coffee out there to get our day started. Oh we even got to see a Falcon 9 launch when we were there! Donna and Mark...Thank you so much for having and sharing your condo with our family we loved it and will defiantly stay there again your condo made the trip!

Great summer stay

My family enjoyed our stay here. Right on the beach and close everything we needed. Donna sent a great welcome package with details of restaurants close by, really helped us when first getting into town. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Daytona Beach.
