Fully furnished one bedroom with King bed, open concept into the kitchen and living room with sofa sleeper.
This Unit is located to the south side of the Resort, the pool deck in this area was damaged from previous hurricanes. The Resort is currently undergoing ongoing repairs, seawall restoration where you will have construction/noises.
While we provide a clean, comfortable stay with Pool/Gym/Fitness.

Conveniently located with a shopping plaza is right across the street. This one bedroom first floor condo directly located by the pool deck. It has an open floorplan with a bedroom/kitchen/living room. It is set up to accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and TV/Cable and two night stands. Bathroom with tub/shower and vanity. Kitchen fully equipped to make your meals, two bar stools, kitchen table with chairs, living room with a new full size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and TV/Cable.

No trailer parking
No pets
Non Smoking/No Vaping Resort/Unit/Patio

Parking:
Free parking is available in the front of the building and the south lot (just south of the resort).
There is a limit 1 vehicle per Unit.
Please Note: Parking is first-come, first-served.
Please follow map posted in the lobby front door of the Resort. You will find the parking pass inside the condo. Please display the pass on your vehicle windshield. Only one parking pass per condo. You must return the parking pass inside the condo prior to check-out.

Construction Update:
Please be aware that there will be construction on site as the resort works on the seawall repairs. We appreciate your patience as we work to fully to restore the resort back.
We are here to provide you with a comfortable beach vacation. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.

Open Amenities: Indoor Pool, Outdoor North Pool, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi, Sauna

Closed Amenities: South side pool deck, south side pool, children pool, tiki bar, restaurant.

Easy self check-in with door keypad.
