You get what you pay for. Outdated property that had a decent bed to sleep in. Shower head broke while we were staying and was charged 75 by the owner to replace which I could have done for 10.

Great condo and beach!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It's the perfect location for a low-key beach vacation. The views are phenomenal, and the beach is literally right there. Lots of restaurants close by and Daytona is just minutes south if you are looking for fun things to do. We cooked most of our meals for the week and would suggest that the owners add a few more kitchen staples to their cabinets. But, for the most part, we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Stay

Its a cute quiet little place. Smelled so good when we walked in. Clean. Laura, the owner I believe, was nice as well. Communicated with me clearly. Answered all my questions in a very fast manor. Just a great experience here all the way around.Looking forward to my next Daytona trip to book this room again.

Amazing view

Outstanding. Condo was beautiful, very clean. Spacious and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities needed and more. Laura was extremely easy to work with.. solving any issue I had and responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

What I absolutely loved was that I got this place for Bike week 2025 and it was a very good decision i must say. I didn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of all the Bike noise and people watching. So it's secluded just on the outside of all that but also in a very convenient location...i had it all. Beach pool pool. Balcony. Full kitchen..bedroom was nice. Living room was great. I have so many pluses..Thanks for having me I'll definitely be back again..

Family visit

I live in this area. I had a lot of family staying at my house for the holiday and rented this apartment for my sister to have some respite from the chaos. It has a lovely view of the ocean and is well appointed with all a traveller's needs.

Summer vacation

Me and the kids really enjoyed our stay at this complex. Loved the view from the balcony and just a few steps to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and it was clean and updated. We will definitely be coming back here.

This beachfront condo building is 1970’s era layout. Small and dated bathroom. Thin walls, simple decor, and average window treatments. Kitchen was adequate. Manager was helpful in helping navigate the tv controls. Air conditioning did not cool properly. We would not stay here again.

Excellent Property

Visiting nearby friends so in and out a lot. Convenient location. Host was proactive and helpful. Unit is plenty large for 2 people and has an ocean view. All furniture and appliances good - not modern but functional. Can definitely recommend.

Great Location...Small Kitchen & Bath

The living room, dining area and bedroom were spacious. The bed and living room furniture was very comfortable. The bathroom is small - limited counter space - we were unable to unpack our toiletries which is the only reason we gave the property 4 stars. The kitchen is small but fine for 1 person. The pool was very nice and the location was perfect...right on the beach.
