The location,view and condo was great. The furniture in the living room and porch is very uncomfortable as it is vey low profile. The bed in the master needs a new mattress. We have stayed in VRBOs for over 10 years and this was the most uncomfortable. We left 4 days early because of it.

This was a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Nice, Clean, beautiful view of the ocean. We would stay in this room again. The trip was enjoyed by all.

The condo was nice and spacious. It was clean for the most part. The top of the fridge was pretty dusty but everything else was clean. The bed in the master was uncomfortable. There was no box spring, only a piece of plywood and you could feel it. The mattress seemed worn out. It dipped in on the sides and there was a big lump in the middle. The furniture was also on the small side. The communication was awesome. Every thing was gated and I felt very safe. There were plenty of towels and even beach towels. If you cook while on vacation like we do, (weird, I know), you might want to bring some pans and such with you. There were a few but needed more. Washing machine/Dryer in the room worked great.

Great Location

We’ve been coming to South Daytona Beach Shores for 18 years and have stayed in every condo in town. The Aruba is a new building close to Sunglow and the no drive beach. The unit is spacious and well decorated. We had a great time!

Absolutely beautiful!

Aruba and condo 503 is gorgeous! It’s so cool that it is brand new, and it is in a great location at Daytona Beach Shores. We have stayed at Ormond by the Sea for decades, but the beaches south of Daytona have much prettier sand. We also ate at The North Turn and Aunt Catfish’s which was SO much fun! Aunt Catfish’s even had a playground for the kids while waiting! Brilliant idea!!! Really, really great food! Before, we intended on going but ran out of time. This year, we could see it from the condo across the bridge. 503 is professionally decorated and is definitely upscale. I’m really big on reviews, and base my decisions on what others write. I love this condo! However, I held my breath about parking. You have a designated spot in the garage. You’ll have a car tag to park on the open lot above ground. We did fine, but they say in July it’s much busier. (We went the first of June.) The washer and dryer is easy and fun to keep everything clean. The beds are alright, but not very comfy though. They are pretty, though. Master mattress sags really bad.. The big closet is perfect for your stuff and keep the room looking pretty all the time. The open shower is really cool! My biggest concern is having a little one (3 year old) and cars on the beach. She did fine, but you must be on high alert at all times. The pool is rectangular and not many chairs. We enjoyed watching from our balcony. The Aruba has four bed units on the ends ending in 1, 2, 6, and 7. The corners 2 and 6 would definitely be something to consider as they are ocean front. Oceans Luxury Rentals were great to work with. Very pleasant and kind! Call them directly with any questions! I give 5 stars! Thank you owners of 503 for sharing your beautiful condo! Blessings!

Fantastic location, beautiful condo

We loved this property. It's beautiful with amazing views. Only 2 issues: 1) master bed frame is messed up so both individuals roll to the middle of the mattress (sags... I let management know so this may already be fixed) 2) the house is decorated so beautifully but many items are breakable so we had to take all the vases and paintings and stuff and put them in our closet so our toddler wouldn't grab and break them (if you don't have a toddler, disregard) We will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks!

Snowbird Winter Retrear

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo with my mother for a month to get us all out of the frigid Michigan winter. The photos don’t do it justice! The decor is lovely and living room was much more spacious than we thought it would be from the picture. The cozy balcony furniture makes enjoying a cup of coffee while looking out at the sun rise up over the ocean just the perfect start to any day! Our daughter (24) and niece (20) joined us for the last week and were so comfortable in the third bedroom! We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay!!! Would do it again

Nice place with great area for people that don’t want all the crowds. Wish there was more parking for guest. Seemed to be a lot of empty spots in the garage but those are assigned per room.
