The host was responsive, and the unit itself was clean with comfortable beds and a nice, large TV. However, the listing photos do not accurately represent the current state of the property.Upon arrival, I was given an incorrect door code. While the host provided the correct one quickly, the lock batteries were low; I reported this, but they were never replaced. When I entered, the patio door had been left wide open, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and humid.The unit has several maintenance issues: three dehumidifiers run constantly, multiple kitchen outlets are non-functional, and the toaster oven is ineffective. Most concerning was a broken outlet cover near the nightstand that left electrical contacts exposed. While the room is decent, the view from the balcony is of two derelict, green pools and a condemned sea wall. The building hallways have a strong odor, and the neighborhood felt unsafe after dark. Overall, the unit interior is the only highlight of an otherwise neglected property.
