This house was perfect for our needs. We spent four days here over Christmas and had a total of 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 4 - 16). The large kitchen and dining room were nice for our large group. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Communication was very easy with detailed information provided and quick replies. The check-in/check-out process was also very easy. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Lovely house! It looks small when you drive up but there is ample space. They go out of their way to insure all the essentials and more are there for you. Even snacks, waters and coffee . Disappointed there was no grill, but it worked. The twin beds were not as comfortable for the adults, but it was fine. Excellent value for the weekend - we would go back again!!

Family Weekend

We had a fantastic stay! Our group of six adults really appreciated the layout of the home—having three full bathrooms is a must for us and often hard to find. The main floor primary ensuite was especially helpful for our parents, with its low-threshold shower that made accessibility much easier and more comfortable.The indoor and outdoor spaces were both lovely and comfortable, perfect for relaxing together or enjoying some quiet time. The neighborhood was peaceful and well maintained, which made for a restful getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and dine in, and the entire home was spotless when we arrived.The host was proactive and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.We’d absolutely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised

When you arrive it looks smaller on the outside but it is very big and spacious inside. Plenty of driveway that held 4 cars easily. It was very clean and the communication is top notch. Nice stay.

Exceeded expectations!!

This was the perfect home for us! You can’t tell from the outside, but it’s so spacious. It’s not easy to find a home with 3 full bathrooms!! With 9 people, 6 of us women, it was very much appreciated!! The home is very clean, and comfortable, check in was easy, and communication from the host was prompt. There is only 1 tv in the entire house which was surprising, but other than that it had everything else we needed. Our family loved it, and we plan to stay there on our annual visit next year for our convention.

Bigger than expected

We were in town hosting an event at the National AF museum. This house was perfect to fit all of our staff and Vehicles. Lots of seating and more space than you would think. The only item I would add is a few more TVs. Overall a great stay

Perfect Space. Great Location.

This was our first trip to Dayton and we were very pleased with this property. We were two families with 7 kids. Everyone had their own space and the property opens up so nice for gathering, cooking meals, etc. The house was well stocked with basic provisions making it easy to start our vacation. That little stuff is really big stuff when you're on the road. The property manager was easy to communicate with and there were no issues. When we visit Dayton again, we'll look to rent this property again.

Beautiful house, bigger than it looks!

We had a very good stay, the house is beautiful. It's deceptive from the outside, bigger than it looks! The bedrooms are very generously sized. One of the upstairs bedrooms had plenty of room for an extra queen sized air mattress. Nice big closets, all had luggage racks. Very family friendly - there was a pack n play and high chair available to use. Very close to Kroger (grocery store) and restaurant options. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. There was even a large spice rack! House was very clean, all the bathrooms were updated, the primary bedroom had a big shower with 2 shower heads! They provided plenty of linens, towels, etc. We had an issue with getting the door code to work at check in but the property manager was super responsive and helped us. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this house, especially for families.

Comfortable and pretty

Nice and comfortable accommodations. The photos are accurate. Comfortable bedding and plenty of room for our group of 8 to meet together or spread out. Host left little snacks for us and checked in during the stay.

Little hidden gem in Dayton

New flooring, great kitchen and bathrooms in excellent shape. Plenty of cozy sleeping rooms. This is a great, spacious and quiet gathering place for friends and/or family. Although we stayed in winter, the nicely nestled patio makes it a fun and relaxing place in the summer. Will seriously consider staying here again in the future.

My family and I stayed at this house for a weekend trip to Kings Island. The property was very spacious and well kept and accommodated our group of 10 with ease. We enjoyed time together in the charming inside and outside patio area. I definitely recommend this rental for anyone traveling with a large group and wanting everyone to have ample space.

Family visit to Ohio

The house was very nice in an established neighborhood. The house is much larger than it appears. All of the bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen and dining area. Since we ate most of our meals at the house it was very helpful that a large grocery store was nearby.
