This hotel refused to refund my money even though I didn’t even stay there. Every penny people have is important, especially in this economy. I was in a rush to find a hotel and accidentally selected the wrong dates. They refused to refund my money because I wasn’t rebooking with them, even though they didn’t have any available rooms on the night I was attempting to stay. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The “business center” was a table in the middle of lobby in Between checkin area and bfast. It was loud and unable to work. My kids wanted to go swimming- no pool towels available at 10am. Asked for bath towels- they did not have any and suggested I hunt down a housekeeper and ask for some off their cart. Staff was very unhelpful and rude. Locked out of room before check out. Room was clean. Towels were dingy.

Originally put in the wrong room than what was reserved. Staff said ran out of blankets for the pull out bed. Requested a comforter and it never arrived. Staff was out smoking when tried to go get the comforter from the front desk. When the staff member came in, was told they couldn't remember what room called and they took it to the wrong room.

Breakfast was horrible. Had no real cream or milk for coffee, just coffee mate. Food selection was poor, cheap and unhealthy.

Wonderful Room
It was a great stay. The room was clean smelled fresh. Bed was comfy, though I’d say maybe get firmer pillows. Overall I had an excellent sleep & delightful stay. I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was okay just wish they offered scrambled eggs. Great place to stay

The property was nice, but no pool access was a negative point for a newer hotel that advertised this amenity. Also, the tv(s) were not functional with our media which was a negative. The breakfast was good though. I usually stay with a competitor, so unsure of how I will proceed.

Check into my room and after I get into the room I notice I am in the incorrect type of room. When I went to the front deck, they informed me they changed my room without letting me know and gave us a 1 king bed for 4 guests. Because the hotel is sold out the best the could offer is duvet inserts so two of the guests can sleep on the floor. Completely unacceptable to change a room reservation without checking with the guests first to make sure the change is okay or will accommodate them.

Our stay was not bad, however after returning back to the hotel about 3 am, we went to use the couch bed and upon opening it, we found small bugs on the mattress. We called he front desk who at first said they didn’t jave any extra mattresses, then she called back and said we would have to move to a new room. We declined moving because I had five children with me and we would have to pack up everything and move to another room at 3 am. The clerk said she would provide a credit to balance instead. The morning of checkout I was told by the manager that no discount could be applied and there was nothing that he could do about it.

We checked in and were put in a room that smelled horrible and next (or beneath) to a group of very loud ladies. They continued to slam doors and drawers and carry on loud conversations until 4 am. When we tried to set the HVAC to ON (for the fan noise) at around 11 pm, we discovered the smell was coming from there. I swear someone must have urinated in the HVAC. It was intolerable and we had to shut it off. So we had to sweat all night with noise.

Nice stay
Great place to stay in the area, off the main road in beavercreek. Was a solid stay jo complaints, happy it had smart tv, microwave, and fridge. My only complaint was the water pressure was one of the worst I have ever experienced, not sure if just my room , but was really bad.
