"The cabin we stayed in was the smaller of the 3, it is a little small with the bed down but still very comfortable for 2. There is definitely care that they put into these cabins, by how well they have been built. The bathroom is ample for 2 people and the Kitchenet has everything you need. The barbecue works well and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again it was that good and well worth the price for a weeks stay. "

"This was an EXCEPTIONAL and ELEGANT suite. Very comfortable and spacious. After a long drive it was SO wonderful to have that kind of luxury waiting for us. The only downside was we only stayed the one night to take the ferry the next morning (which was a 5 minute drive away). We had drinks at Rudders overlooking the water AND then we picked up a delicious VEGAN dinner at Café Caye Mange to bring back to our suite. It was just a lovely way to end our time in Nova Scotia! "

"We have been renting vacation homes for over 15 years, and hands down, this was the most incredible house we have ever stayed in. The views are breathtaking; we never got tired of just standing outside, looking at the water/cliffs. "This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. The owner has amazing communication and provided an exemplary and low-stress experience. "

"This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. We are hoping to make it a yearly thing with family, considering that half of us live in Ontario and the other half are in Nova Scotia. Thank you again to Andrea for hosting us!!! "

On entering the house with on the first day, my son in law said, « I would live here. » We all agreed. It did feel like home away from home, only in an wonderful setting near the sea."

"We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!). The location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and very central to all the activities we took part in. The hosts were extremely nice and responsive to questions, and we would love to come back.
