"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. "This property was incredible. It was absolutely gorgeous and so meticulously decorated. It had everything I needed. I wish I could've used the gas stove, because it looks so professional, but I was so busy during the weekend that I didn't have that opportunity. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom shower was therapeutic. I just felt rejuvenated. I will definitely return if I'm in Cincinnati again. also, I had terrific communication with the person who runs the property."
