"Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!"

There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. "What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw...
