"Fantastic property to stay in with stunning sea views. This property is just perfect for a break in Dawlish. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay, a real home from home! Spy room and gym was a great bonus and the cosy children zone was a big hit ! Hosts Tony and Cheryl were most welcoming and helpful. There was absolutely nothing to fault. We had a wonderful time and we hope to visit again in the future."

"We stayed with friends and 3 young children between us. Adrian and Jenna were such kind and generous hosts. The house was perfect for our families - lots of space and so convenient for all the amenities Ashburton has to offer, as well as local excursions. We had a great stay!"

"The house was perfect for 15 of us to stay for the weekend and we would definitely book to stay again in future. The facilities are exactly as listed and the house is conveniently located, with beautiful sea views. There are a couple of things to note that could do with improvements, the main one being that it was almost impossible to have a shower as the water pressure is very poor in all of the en suits."

"We found Robins Victorian Villa through VRBO after deciding to get away for Christmas. We were worried at first. Trying to find a property for 4 adults, 3 children aged 3-6 and 2 dogs. We didn't think we'd find anywhere suitable within budget. This property came up and had it all. It is such a beautiful house. Spacious and had everything we needed. The garden kept the children entertained for ages with the swing, pirate ship and trampoline and play house. Under the stairs was a an amazing...

"A very pleasant stay, the place is very quiet, accessible and with a huge parking lot. The staff was very helpful. We loved the restaurant with a great variety of dishes, which we enjoyed as much as we could in our short stay. The room, cozy and comfortable."
