Dawlish itself is a charming traditional seaside town, famous for its sandy beach, black swans and relaxed atmosphere. The seafront is perfect for long walks, ice creams and family beach days, while the nearby brook and gardens provide a lovely spot to sit and watch the famous swans glide past.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs are welcome with a maximum of 2. It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms and not left in the property unattended.
Please note, the fireplace in the living room is just decorative and has been decommissioned.
