"We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The over-the-garage apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and cozy. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic amenities and made our stay even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the peaceful atmosphere. The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. "Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected. The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and...

"We’ve stayed at this property before and the house itself is a fine space. What brought this stay down to 3 stars was an interaction with the host around early check-in. We agreed to 2.5 hours early for 85. After we accepted, the time was changed to 2 hours early with no adjustment to the price. When we raised it, the host declined to prorate. As repeat guests, this left us feeling like the communication wasn’t fully straightforward. Hosts are absolutely entitled to set their own pricing, but we’d...

"We only had a chance to stay in the suite for 12hrs. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday and left Monday morning at 7am. We arrived too late to see anything in Davidson, which was a bummer and why I chose this location, but we hit weather on our drive in from Florida. So we ordered delivery, watched a little of the World Cup (we married our phone to the TV otherwise you have to log into your own accounts to watch TV, which we didn't want to do for such a short trip), and went to bed. The first...
