"We hated to leave. The villa was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures led us to believe, and we felt so welcomed by Gabriella. It was if we were staying with family or friends, not as strangers. We struggled with getting there (our fault, due to a typo in the GPS) but Gabriella was so kind and patient with us. When we finally made it she was waving to us from the gate, what a welcome sight. She gave us a tour, showed us everything, and had some little welcome gifts for us as well! ...

"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano "

"I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition. This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall. "Our recent stay in Lake Como was truly delightful. The property boasted an absolutely excellent view, which we enjoyed immensely from the quiet and spacious balcony. The detailed check-in information provided was greatly appreciated and made for a seamless arrival with no issues whatsoever. While the road leading to the property wasn't ideal for walking, the stunning vistas more than made up for it. Plus, the convenience of being just a short stroll from the town core was a huge bonus."
