Orlando Family Vacation

There was a total of 9 members that stayed in the home. There were 6 adults and 3 kids. The home was very beautiful and spacious with plenty of sitting room. The adults had their own rooms and the kids had their own room when personal time out was need. The home was not far from the stores and outlet mall. About 45 minutes from the airport. It stormed every day during our visit. After day two, the kids just wanted to stay in the pool. So, the pool is where the rest of the vacation. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. Getting into house upon the initial arrival was easy. They were good with providing the rules during our visit and contact numbers incase anything went wrong.As a VRBO, the place had everything needed for a family to have a wonderful time.Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay with the family

We decided to return to Orlando with our adult children and partners, a walk down memory lane. Orlando has something for everyone and the vacation worked for everyone. The house was a prefect size with lots of breakout areas and all the bedrooms were ensuite. I loved the location it was so peaceful after a busy day and the pool and whirlpool was prefect way to relax. Lots of amenities just 10 mins down the road. Regards Katy Hoban Dublin, Ireland. Amazing Villa to stay in while in Orlando

We had an amazing time! The house is huge. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures and everything in impecable condition. Sam is amazing and prompt to respond. 100% recommended.

Loved this property

We loved our stay! The rooms were perfect for our family. Plenty of space to be together or to unwind separately. All communication with Sam was great! Answered any and all questions and were helpful. I would recommend some more pans. Lots of pots but pans were very limited. Also the door key situation. Electronic keypads are more convenient and easier for a larger group. One key was hard when our group split up one day. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again!

Wonderful Host

Sam is wonderful! He is very responsive to all requests and concerns. The house was nice. We did have minor issues with cleanliness but Sam responded quickly and addressed our concerns.

Avoid staying here

After staying at this property I received several charges for drinking on property with just family. We celebrated my daughters 10th birthday and we had balloons with glitter which added to a cleaning fee. Accused of breaking a bed when I told Sam the moment my daughter layed down it broke. In fact all the beds were very uncomfortable and screechy. No outside party happened or disruption to any neighbors but shocked with all the accusations. Plus garbage cans were half way full when we arrived which then made us have to find a publix to throw away our garbage ourselves. Such an inconvenience to a nice memory we had in Orlando.

Big villa with all equipment you need

Good villa, check in was awful, we could not enter the complex as security had not been informed of our arrival. I called the owner in Virginia , he said he had not been informed of our stay, he resolved the issue quickly but it was a very bad start. The villa is huge, perfect for families and has all the equipment you would need on holiday. The villa was also spotlessly clean. best regards, Stuart.

The pictures of the house did not do it justice. It was beautiful. Sam was awesome. Answered all texts and phone calls immediately. Next vaca with family we are definitely staying with SAM!!!

Excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the villa is just as good, if not better than the photos. The beds are so comfortable, all bedrooms have their own bathrooms and everything is very well equipped. Outside is amazing with a lovely warm pool and great outlook. We had to move from another villa which had some issues and Sam went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure the rest of our holiday went seamlessly.

Very comfortable house with a great layout!

We loved the layout of the house, having comfortable rooms each with their own bathrooms. The preset house tempurature kept us very comfortable during both daytime and while sleeping. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing, with just right temps. We were there for the Special Olympics USA Games so were away from the house more than we wanted to be. I wish we could have spent more time in it as it was a very pleasant location. The gate guards getting in were all friendly and welcoming. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, and if we are ever inclined to return to Orlando we will definitely be hoping to stay here again!

The most incredible villa in Florida!!

I doubted how accurate the reviews were as it’s very rare to see a property receive all 5 stars, but I’ve now joined the 5 star club! Sam’s villa is just out of this world, it’s so beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and absolutely huge!. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are very comfortable and the pool is so refreshing in the heat. There really is nothing negative to say about this villa. Book it, and enjoy every second!

Excellent holiday!

Huge beautiful house! ! Very well equipped kitchen. Lot of bathrooms. Quiet surroundings. Large heated pool. The grocery store (Publix) was close but not so close to walk. A car is essential. A great place for a nice holiday! I highly recommend!

Adult Getaway

The listing is exactly as pictured. The property was wonderful and Sam was excellent! Sam was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The pool light wasn't working on our first night and Sam jumped on it to make sure it was fixed. Turns out it was just a blown breaker which was a quick fix. When I tell you I won't stay anywhere else but this house when I come to the area, I mean it! Everything was within short driving distance. I could go on and on but I'll cut it off by saying I can't wait to go back!

Great accommodations

More than enough room for 8 adults. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice to not have any rear neighbors. Convenient location and not crowded. About 40 minutes to the airport. Host was very prompt in returning texts and calls. Sam thank you for sharing your home! Great stay!

Disney Getaway

We enjoyed staying at the house in Watersong. Plenty of room for all of us. We did book this area because of the proximity to the Disney Parks according to the listing; however, it usually took us anywhere from 35-75 minutes to make the drive one way, depending on the traffic. Outside of that, any issues (such as the low battery on the smoke alarm) were handled quickly by the owner.

Amazing house and staff

We will definitely come back. The house was very clean. Lots of board games, kitchen well equipped, great pool and jacuzzi, grill...everything amazing. The communication with property manager is almost instantly.
