Nice house

Nice house in a gated community within reasonable driving distance to Disney. Easy driving to and from the highway. The pool and spa were nice, but would definitely recommend paying extra for the heating if suggested before your stay as it didn't quite heat up to a comfortable level until the end of our second day (Christmas time). If you're staying more than a couple days, bring your own soaps/detergent and toilet paper as there's only enough provided for a short stay. There are grocery stores not far if you need supplies.

Was a great stay and location. The place was as advertised and clean. Only note was the request to launder towels and or linens as to not leave excessive laundry; however, there was no detergent to do that.

Golf vacation

Amazing stay this is the best house we have rented in the Orlando area and we have been coming here for 15 year. Linda was amazing and took care of all our needs. If we come down next year we are sure to rent this house again.

Beautiful villa

We had a great time as this villa, everything you could want. Ease of access, location was great and very quiet in a lovely gated community. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Victoria’s Villa

Lovely villa in a quiet location with all amenities to make for a great stay. Very limited contact with property manager but this was not required as knew the area and had visited many times before. Digital access made access really easy especially as we couldn’t open the key safe but great as didn’t have to worry about a physical key. Pool cover was off when we arrived so we left this off. If we had thought about it earlier would have been better to use as the tree overhanging the pool did drop lots of debris into the pool but our mistake for not covering this after each use. Thank you for the use of your villa which was exactly as described.

Perfect for What we needed.

Great house! Location was central so we could drive to Tampa, Orlando, or the east coast. I wish that I knew we need to bring our own garbage bags, and coffee filters. Only 1roll roll of toilet paper per bath per visit. Had to buy that and paper towels as well. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know. Never had that at a VRBO before. Thanks for a great vacation.

Wonderful house

The house was extremely clean, kitchen had brand new pots and pans and lots of dishes and silverware. The beds were wonderful with lots of extra pillows and blankets in the closets, the carpets were clean. The pool was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Just a really nice house that was well taken care of. Can’t go wrong with this rental!

Great, safe, quiet location near parks. Limited parking (2 spaces, no street parking allowed). Owner plans on replacing mattress in master in January (sunk in on one side).

Disney 2023-Best vacation ever

This is truly home away from home. So beautiful and spacious!! AND CLEAN! Probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. FULLY equipped with everything you could possibly need in a rental property. Only 18-30 minutes to anywhere in Orlando/Disney. Both property owner and manager we very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely book for future visits to the Orlando area.

Great Villa

Villa was amazing and exactly as described. Neighborhood was nice and convenient to all the parks. There were plenty of options in the area to eat and shop at too, Sitting in the jetted spa after a long day of walking in the parks was exactly what I needed and the kids loved to jump in the pool and cool off. Many thanks to Victoria and will definitely be keeping the Villa in mind the next time we come back to Orlando.

Plenty of space. We only had three adults but it would have been more than enough for eight.

The home was great and ideal for parties of up to eight. The only downside is the major highway running through town, so my only advice would be to give yourself plenty of time to get around, or just take all rights everywhere haha. Overall it was fantastic and we would stay here again. Plenty of local restaurants nearby and a brand new public’s about 8 minutes away

The Villa is great - we loved it and would definitely book again. It has everything you would want and need and is in a good location for the Disney and Universal parks. One small bit of feedback was that I never received any communication from the management company, as stated in my welcome pack. I sent them a WhatsApp message one day to report an issue and didn’t get a reply despite the message being read..

A great home away from home!

Our family drove down to Florida from Ontario, Canada and we thought this home was a great "home away from home" for our family to enjoy during our stay while being able to spread out. The house was nice and clean and as a family who likes our space, this home was perfect! Victoria was excellent throughout all of our communication leading up to the vacation. The property manager was friendly and answered our questions when we met with her. The pool was fantastic and we're very glad we opted to get it heated as the weather was quite cold for the first half of our trip. Lots of what you need is there, including drying racks for clothing, bathing suits, etc. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful home and neighbourhood to reside in while visiting Orlando area. We felt safe and there were lots of stores and dining options nearby.

Perfect home away from home!

Victoria's villa was everything we were looking for! It was well equipped for us 3 couples, lots of room in villa, nobody felt cramped up. There is a great selection of dishes, silverware, cookware. All appliances worked great! The pool was awesome which we enjoyed everyday. A reminder for those that may be travelling in Oct month like we did, we had decided not to get the pool heat for the extra cost but we would for a next time. Now the water wasn't freezing but it was cool but nothing you don't get used to in a few minutes lol. Had a very small issue with patio door contacted Linda the property manager and in 20mins she arrived. Very nice lady and very prompt. The only SMALL recommendation I could make would there to be a supply of garbage bags for garbage and recycling. Other than that our stay was awesome, would definitely recommend and return someday! Thanks for the great week!

The house was exactly as described - very clean, plenty of room for our group of 6. Glad I paid to heat the pool because we spent a lot of time there and in the hot tub. The house has plenty of towels, sheets, utensils, etc - beach towels, cooler and chairs were a bonus. House rules were easy to follow and the property manager texted me back to answer my only question.

Fantastic Vacation in Davenport

We really enjoyed our stay in a fantastic house. The house was spacious and very clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was fun, as well as the games in the playroom!
