We had another fantastic stay in this lovely property. We have returned multiple times and will continue to do so. The house was everything that we expected and more. The pictures were very accurate, the home is beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable after long days at the parks. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very well kept. The front gate staff were so friendly and welcoming. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and even had pool toys for the kids. The checkin process was so easy and the host was so responsive, although we did not need anything above what was there he was very kind in messages. Great host!Thank you for a memorable stay!

Stayed for the month of March. 6 bedroom with a pool suited our needs perfectly. Our sons and families came separate school break weeks. The house was a great size for up to 11 people a few days. We paid for pool heat, required with the kids to really enjoy the pool. Overall, everyone had a blast. Lots of grocery stores nearby, especially liked El Zocalo supermarket in Haines City, great butcher and fresh cut meats. We will return.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our large group. Communication with the owner was open and easy. Only issue was the traffic getting to the parks, but if course that was gonna be a problem no matter where you stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay the property manager stay in contact with any issues we had everything we needed was in home even a Christmas tree we was gonna bring one but couldn’t fit in the car we got there it was one there that made our day. Only problem was the parking it was 10 of us you cant have over 3 vehicles but we know next time but other than that everything was great Thank you Harold

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s is well decorated and was very clean. The layout allowed for our large group of adults and kids to enjoy themselves and sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is gorgeous, but the gym is small, if you’re a weightlifter the gym might not work for you. We did have some small communication issues with maintenance workers coming to the house without us being notified and a miscommunication with the maid service thinking we were checking out on a different day but other then that the stay was lovely.

The home was as described. It was large and comfortable for many people of varying ages. It was clean upon arrival. Easy to check in and out of. We did feel it was further than expected from Universal Studios, but that could be our fault, as 20 miles (for example) means about 20 minutes where we're from. Whereas the Orlando traffic is horrible and makes 20 miles a much further drive. Took us an hour to an hour and half to make the drive each day. This is not the fault of the host, however. Just an observation. We would definitely book with this host again.

The property itself is a gem. Nice big house, 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, pool and game room! Myself and 6 of my friends stayed the weekend here to attend Halloween horror nights and we all had such a great time. Somethings do need t be updated, we found the chairs for the main dining room table to be uncomfortable simply because they were kind of like rocking chairs. We found it odd for a dining room table. We noticed some of the TV's were hanging on the wall like a picture frame or painting. The only thing holding it up was a wire. Made us feel uneasy. Praying it didn't fall while we stayed there. Other than that, house is great. I would definitely stay here again. 30 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Location great, great for a big family and clean I didn’t like the parking situation, the house book said we could park on the street but the guard said we’d be towed. Thank GOD they helped us. Toilet paper was not a new roll in any bathroom, had no idea I would have to shop for toilet paper. We ran out the first night. Odd that there wouldn’t be a new roll for us. No trash bags and mandatory to wash towels but we had to buy detergent. Not a huge deal but you need to know what to get before arriving.

We had stayed at this beautiful house in April with 10 family members ages 5 all the way to 70. Everyone had their own space and a washroom which was such a bonus. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were so nice, clean and as shown in the pictures. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Harold was so quick to respond to any of our (small) issues and they were resolved immediately. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and didn’t get to stay the full two weeks but again, Harold was so helpful and understanding to our unfortunate circumstances. This isn’t a home to miss, we hope to come back and redo our vacation at this beautiful home one day!

Nice property. Well appointed. Needed laundry detergent and TV system was difficult to deal with at first. But we were a small group of veterans in our late 70s, so all we really wanted was a comfortable place to stay while we reminisced and looked at old pictures, and this got it done just fine.

Its a mediocre home game area needs updating some broken things and make sure if pay for the heating for the pool area it's on before u get there MY GRANDBABY AND NEPHEW AND NIECE FREEZED THE WHOLE STAY..THERE KIDS THEY SEE A POOL U KNOW THE REST THEY NEVER TURNED ON THE HEAT EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD AFTER BEING REFUNDED FOR THE HEAT IT WOULD BE ON THE REST OF OUR STAY..IT NEVER HAPPENED THE KIDS START GETTING BLUE IN THE FACE I HAD TO MAKE THE GET BECAUSE THEY WERE SO COLD BUT WANTED TO PLAY...LEFT MY GOLD WATCH THERE CONTACTED HAROLD TO LET HIM KNOW AND OF COURSE THE CLEANING CREW DIDN'T FIND IT 😂😂 SO IT WASN'T GOOD STAY FOR ME AND MY FAMILY SO RENT AT YOUR ON RISK HERE!!!!

Overall it was very enjoyable we did have an issue but it was resolved right away. Lovely place the family enjoyed their vacation. It was a nice getaway.

Le ménage était correct mais pas génial: le plancher gommant un peu, une chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée (poussière sur le serviettes de bain), dock de ventilation à nettoyer. Le reste était bien. C'est une grande maison pouvant accueillir beaucoup de monde, mais il n'y a rien pour cuisiner de grandes portions: 1 seul gros chaudron, de petites poêles, des passoires miniatures, 1 seul gros bol, pas de mitaine de four ni de sous-plats, pas de serviettes pour laver ou essuyer la vaisselle et le BBQ est mourant. La piscine est grande mais il semble que le moteur ne fournit pas pour sa grosseur. Il a fallu avoir un entretien durant la semaine puisque la piscine est devenue verte et que l'eau du spa puait. De plus, le chauffage pour l'eau qu'on doit payé ne va pas au-dessus de 90 degrés mais, ce n'est pas indiqué alors, on a l'impression d'avoir payé pour rien. De plus, les instructions pour le chauffage de la piscine n'était pas clairement indiqué. Le propriétaire répondait bien à nos demandes et messages mais, il y avait peu de suivi par la suite. Et nous n'avons jamais réussi à avoir un contact avec le property manager malgré plusieurs appels et messages à l'entrée. On le soupçonne de ne pas exister! Des voisins très bruyants sont arrivés lors de notre avant-dernière soirée. Ils ont mis la musique forte et faisait le party à 8h30 le lendemain matin. Nous n'avons eu aucun suivi malgré nos contacts au proprio et au manager. Sinon, c'était quand même une belle maison.
