Beautiful large villa with plenty of space for the 7 of us. Only downside is that it is remote and you need to have a car as nearly everything is at least 20 mins drive away. If you’re just planning on staying at the villa then it’s a perfect place to stay and unwind. We came for a family wedding.

Amazing house

I'm not sure I talk to the owner or manager but he amazing quick response, the house was great the only complaint is the master bedroom I stay in kinda hot not sure why but I just open the door and the cold air will come in to the room so it's all good. So I hope the owner ask someone to check on that. The house is spacious and clean especially it have 4 master bedroom with it own bathroom that really really great for a family vacation rental home , so we don't have to wait for other to take a shower or go to the bathroom since we have 13 people in the house. Will stay again if it available to rent when we back to Florida

Lovely villa great for families

We stayed in this lovely villa in Orlando for two weeks and had a great time. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and Harold, the owner, was very helpful. The pool was fantastic, but watch out if the lawnmower man is nearby our family got covered in grass after he was around while in the pool.We had some issues with the air conditioning initially, but Harold did resolve them. There was also a security hiccup at the gate involving a woman who kept refusing us entry, despite us triple-checking the list.We did notice a very strong smell of weed every morning and evening from next door. While we understand people relaxing, it was quite strong, especially when sitting outside by the pool on your holiday…lolThe villa is starting to show its age slightly, and the games room was a little disappointing as it’s in the garage, which has no air conditioning, making it too hot to enjoy the air hockey or other games, and there was a strange smell in there. The air hockey doesn’t work Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Just keep in mind the games room’s limitations if that’s important to you.

House was very hot this time around

My family has stayed at the house 2X prior to this stay and the house was very hot this time around. I know that it’s Florida, but the air conditioner was really struggling to keep up. And the owner wants you to leave the thermostat set on 72. Very uncomfortable to enjoy the house plus sleeping at night was rough! The curtains, shower curtains, and linens need to be cleaned. Also, you cannot enjoy the game room because there is no air in the garage. My temperature gauge read 96 degrees in there.

Beautiful Home

Our family stay was absolutely wonderful. The check in process was very easy and the host at the gate was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the area. Each time I contacted the host there was a immediate response. Would recommend this area to everyone.

Wonderful Accommodation!

The house was everything that we expected and more. The pictures were very accurate, the home is beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable after long days at the parks. The neighbourhood is beautiful and very well kept. The front gate staff were so friendly and welcoming. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and even had pool toys for the kids. The checkin process was so easy and the host was so responsive, although we did not need anything above what was there he was very kind in messages. Great host!Thank you for a memorable stay!

Family fun March 2025

Stayed for the month of March. 6 bedroom with a pool suited our needs perfectly. Our sons and families came separate school break weeks. The house was a great size for up to 11 people a few days. We paid for pool heat, required with the kids to really enjoy the pool. Overall, everyone had a blast. Lots of grocery stores nearby, especially liked El Zocalo supermarket in Haines City, great butcher and fresh cut meats. We will return.

Great stay

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our large group. Communication with the owner was open and easy. Only issue was the traffic getting to the parks, but if course that was gonna be a problem no matter where you stayed.

Christmas vacation

We really enjoyed our stay the property manager stay in contact with any issues we had everything we needed was in home even a Christmas tree we was gonna bring one but couldn’t fit in the car we got there it was one there that made our day. Only problem was the parking it was 10 of us you cant have over 3 vehicles but we know next time but other than that everything was great Thank you Harold

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s is well decorated and was very clean. The layout allowed for our large group of adults and kids to enjoy themselves and sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is gorgeous, but the gym is small, if you’re a weightlifter the gym might not work for you. We did have some small communication issues with maintenance workers coming to the house without us being notified and a miscommunication with the maid service thinking we were checking out on a different day but other then that the stay was lovely.

Wonderful home--large and comfortable

The home was as described. It was large and comfortable for many people of varying ages. It was clean upon arrival. Easy to check in and out of. We did feel it was further than expected from Universal Studios, but that could be our fault, as 20 miles (for example) means about 20 minutes where we're from. Whereas the Orlando traffic is horrible and makes 20 miles a much further drive. Took us an hour to an hour and half to make the drive each day. This is not the fault of the host, however. Just an observation. We would definitely book with this host again.

Great place

The property itself is a gem. Nice big house, 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, pool and game room! Myself and 6 of my friends stayed the weekend here to attend Halloween horror nights and we all had such a great time. Somethings do need t be updated, we found the chairs for the main dining room table to be uncomfortable simply because they were kind of like rocking chairs. We found it odd for a dining room table. We noticed some of the TV's were hanging on the wall like a picture frame or painting. The only thing holding it up was a wire. Made us feel uneasy. Praying it didn't fall while we stayed there. Other than that, house is great. I would definitely stay here again. 30 minutes from Disney and Universal.

Loved it with some exceptions

Location great, great for a big family and clean I didn’t like the parking situation, the house book said we could park on the street but the guard said we’d be towed. Thank GOD they helped us. Toilet paper was not a new roll in any bathroom, had no idea I would have to shop for toilet paper. We ran out the first night. Odd that there wouldn’t be a new roll for us. No trash bags and mandatory to wash towels but we had to buy detergent. Not a huge deal but you need to know what to get before arriving.
