2nd time booking in this gated community. We love the quiet environment and the clubhouse. It really was handy to have the community pool because our pool heater broke. The management replaced the heater as quickly as possible and made things equitable in refunds. Even worked with us on getting us in a little early on arrival day. Enjoyed our visit

It was ok, pool table needs recovered, air hockey not working. No controllers for games console. It was average for a villa rental and in serious need of some repairs, tlc and a very deep clean. I’ve rented many villas over the years and this was one of the more poorly maintained villas. Wooden bed in main bedroom is very squeaky and wobbly. Was expecting better for the money paid compared to other villas we’ve had to be honest.

Wonderful gated community!

This house is in an excellent location, far enough out to miss all of the traffic yet still close. Our family loved the gated community, the security was excellent. The conservation area the houses butted up to was awesome. Lots of wildlife. The pool area of the this house had tons of space for everyone to spread out. The house was a great size too. It did have lots of wear that owners should look into, example, the beds were not comfortable and we had to get maintenance in to tend to master bed frame as it was loose and squeaky. One of our guests sat in a chair by the pool area and the legs instantly crumbled. There were a few minor things that should be addressed as well. But this house has lots of potential and we would stay here again in the future. Manager communicated easily

Check In at the gate took a little time to get a verification for access. We had a parking issue which was resolved right away by customer service. Property was fine and was as advertised.

Great home with large pool!

I stayed in this home with my family of 8. There is plenty of space and a large pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood with security. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. everything was great

Stunning

A stunning villa in stunning surroundings. We have been to watersong Resort many times and this is one of the best villas that we have stayed in. Very clean with lovely decorated rooms. The villa has lots of space. The pool and deck are amazing with lots of places to relax. The view from the pool is also exquisite. In addition, this is an excellent area to stay with easy access to attractions and shops. Storm Milton hit during our stay. The management company was amazing. We received updates by text on the situations and what precautions to take to keep safe. They also put away the deck furniture before the storm hit and put it all back after the storm. We were extremely happy with the villa and the service. Thank you.

Amazing!!! Villa was perfect for our family stay, would defo recommend. One hiccup, we arrived in two vehicles as there was 9 in the party, unfortunately as my name was lead in the booking only my vehicle was allowed to enter the gated community, very frustrating at the end of a long travel day, had to leave second vehicle in Publix and sort the next day. Sorted swiftly when office was open next morning!

Fun Family Vacation

We had a great time! The pool was great after a long day out! This was our first family vacation. This house had everything we needed to keep everyone busy and happy, whether it was for our youngest grandson (age 6) or our oldest (16). The house was equipped with everything we needed! Have to mention that the house was beautiful and very clean!! And more than enough space for everyone!

Birthday Celebration

Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home that accommodated our party of 8. We were able to celebrate my niece who turned 5 and my 17 year old little sister. This was the first home in the area where I felt the most comfortable and relaxed. We had a minor hiccup with the pool but the owner was quick with communicating definitely adding this one to my favorites

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a little trouble getting through security upon our arrival as they didn't have us on the guest list. That was resolved right away and we were able to begin enjoying our stay. The home was clean and provided all the necessities we needed. The community is very quiet and peaceful. We did take advantage of the clubhouse which is very nice as well and it's pool and hot tub were empty most of the week. We did pay to have the pool heated which was great for swimming during the cool evenings. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

Ants for the entire stay

From around the second day of our stay there were ants in every room. We had to wash our clothes multiple times because the ants got into our bags we lost alot of our food for the week when we returned from our day at disney we came back to ants in the pantry and flying bugs in the room. We sent pictures during the event. The manager sent someone but only after multiple calls and messages were left with no response. The response was our message was overlooked. House and pool were nice and plenty of room for our guests but the pests made the trip uncomfortable and annoying after a full day/week at the parks

Large family friendly

Really enjoy this house. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Pool table was decent, we used almost every night. Pool was adequate size. Outside space was lovely . Waking distance from clubhouse, which could use an upgade and more shade for pool area otherwise adequate. About 15 minute ride to Walmart. Delivery and uber friendly. Would stay again.

Family vacation

We chose this house as a base during our Florida vacation due to its proximity to the theme parks, the many bedrooms and baths, and the pool. Conveniently located near the grocery, shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 8, ranging in age from 7-51. The beds/baths accommodated our group well and allowed everyone some space and comfort. Having an upstairs and downstairs master was perfect for us. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. A few of the skillets are in rough shape but other than that, had all we needed. The property managers do leave a started pack of dish and laundry detergent, along with a few hotel size toiletries. Plan on bringing your own. This was fine with us as we prefer our own anyway. The carpets could use some updating but everything was clean. Only draw back (and kind of a big one for us)…no grill. Bummer. You can rent one from the property group for $95. We ended up buying a cheap charcoal grill and gave it to the renters next door at the end of the week. Saved the best for last. The screened lanai was fantastic! We spent so much time in the pool and jacuzzi. Lots of comfy furniture out back. While we didn’t really watch the tv on the lanai, we used it to listen to music. Fantastic area to enjoy, relax after a day at the park, keep the kids busy. Pics in the listing are true to this rental. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful family holiday!

What a gorgeous place! Loved the pool area and all the different areas you could sit in the house. Was the best house we’ve rented so far and will definitely be back. Our adult children and grandkids loved it and appreciated the 2 strollers, pack and play and high chair. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.
