There were sevral things that needs attention. Pool was not being filtered.first king size bedroom needs new mattress and tv did not work. Needs new large frying pan it was begining to rust. Fridge did not dispense ice.

Tolles Haus in super Community

Our family gathering in Davenport

The house was nice and the neighborhood was clean and safe. The only downside we experienced was the horrible traffic. Of course this is par for the course for central Florida during spring break. The only corrective actions we would suggest is to take the lock off the garage door so it can be used to park a car. Also, the fan in the living room did not work.

A hidden gem

9/10 I definitely recommend. The property was amazing, plenty of space. The area is easy to get to and has less congested traffic with stores nearby. The front entrance security are professional and respectful. The subdivision is beautiful and well maintained. My family had an overall awesome time and I will be booking this property again in the near future.

Very Nice Orlando Area Vacation Experience Near Everything

The check in process went smooth and actually were allowed to enter the home a bit early, which helps when travelling for hours prior to arrival. The community is safe, secure and well maintained and has many amenities to use to enhance your Florida stay. The home is very large and well equipped, sufficient for a vacation stay. It would be helpful if there were pool towels provided, but the home bath towels could be used (we purchased pool towels at Sam's for our stay). We thought some starter cleaning supplies would have been helpful, but no dish soap, dishwasher pods, or laundry supplies were found. Initial role of paper towels and toilet tissue were provided (but no extra). The appliances could use updating, but were generally functional. The refrigerator is small and the ice dispenser did not work upon arrival. The storage drawer beneath the oven was damaged and difficult to access, and the dishwasher is not operating as well as it could or should. But we managed! The outdoor area and pool is terrific, which is why we went to Florida in February in the first place! All in all, it is a great vacation home in a great community and location that makes all travel around central Florida pretty easy (as easy as it gets in the Orlando area anyway). We're checking calendars to come back in the future!

Fit for our family

House was exactly as pictured, in a quote neighborhood close to shops and restaurants and worked well for our family of 9. Only issue was the door lock and once I called they sorted it out right away.

Relaxing, spacious retreat!

Home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all things needed and the starter kit (dish soap/sponge/trash bags/ detergent) was more than we've ever seen at any other home. We enjoyed the view from the pool! It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Away from the busyness of it all but close enough to parks and Publix is less than 5 min away. We loved it, highly recommend staying here! Owner is very responsive and quick to answer any issues (we have a parking pass questions and he responded immediately).

wonderful floor plan, great lot and neighborhood

We loved the open floor plan, well-stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, large driveway, flooring on main level, the outdoor area, and management responsiveness. Kim the operations Mgr was great and immediately fixed small issues, some of which were expired refrigerator water filter, wobbly dining table, burnt out light bulb, and unclean pool bathroom. The only 4 things that keep the review from being a perfect 5 were : 1. The upstairs carpet was very stained and dirty. 2. Some pool furniture was stained and ripped. 3. The main television was a bit small for the room. And 4. The website pictures of the back outdoor view are from a different property. The actual view is much nicer than the ones posted as there are no houses in the rear of the property. We had requested updated website pics months before our stay and they never appeared. We would definitely rent rosemont retreat again if the carpets were clean. It was a wonderful getaway for the six of us.

Christmas 2021

Our overall rating of this property was a 2. The good points included, the neighborhood and area was good, and the rental company was quick to respond to our concerns. The check in process was very easy and convent. Some of the things that didn't live up to our expectations: were very disappointed that the description of the property as it was inaccurate (one bedroom listed as a queen was only a double, one bedroom listed as bunk beds and child play area was totally inaccurate no bunk beds no play area) The condition of the carpet was very bad, unclean, stained and old. We were also surprised at the overall uncleanliness. My wife walked around for a few hours on the tiled floors of the first floor. The bottom of her feet were black. Pool heat was non existent. The fridge is undersized. We had 6 people there and had to continually go to the store as the fridge and freezer was so small we couldn't get much in them. Because of the location of the freezer it's door when opened to 90 degrees hit the wall and we had a very hard time getting anything into and out of it. There were dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived. The kitchen didn't have enough pots, pans, or utensils. The ones they did have were so cheap and flimsy they were almost useless. The florida bathroom was unclean and actually had a large fecal deposit in it. We never did use this bathroom as it was full of bugs and unclean. The cage over the outdoor pool area was nice, but had many rips along the seams so there were many bugs in the pool area making almost unusable. The dining room table was very unstable. It would move approx 1 full inch left, right, front and back when you would put your elbows on it. The legs stayed in one place the the table top itself was not secured to the legs resulting in the movement. We will never stay here again, and would never tell our friends to stay here either.

Fabulous Providence House

The house is as pictured. House sits on a corner lot so neighbors aren't close. Also very quiet neighborhood. House is big and roomy. Open living, dining and kitchen. Pool was fabulous. Actually very warm. Nice to have 3 suites and a half bath in pool area, especially if spending time by pool. Gated community. Providence is a very large community. Most communities that we have stayed at give you a gate code to get in but here you have to get let in by guard. They also do check ins so if you get behind a few check ins, you have to wait awhile to get in. A little annoying sometime. Managers were very responsive to any issues. Overall it was a great house to stay in and I would highly recommend it.
