Rental near Disney

We stayed for 6 weeks. This is a great location for Disney and Legoland. The house is very comfortable for families. It is in a quiet subdivision , We have been staying in this house for 4 years. Every year there have been improvements made. The maintenence ipeople are very helpful if any problem arises. Would highly recommend this property

Fox loop

There were many improvements from last year. The furniture was updated as well as the kitchen appliances. The pool has alson been redone. It was beautiful. The management was quick to respond to questions concerning the property. We will return next year.

Excellent Home and Location

This house was everything the listing said it was and much, much more! It was perfect for our week in Orlando! There was enough space for everyone. The game room and pool were the perfect way to wind down from a day of sightseeing. The owners were a pleasure to work with leading up to our trip and we would love to work with them again! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Lovely but needs tlc

The home is just like my mother-in-law‘s, but there is cracked paint, missing tile, moss growing in the pool where the tile was missing, some alarm batteries and lightbulbs had not been replaced, foosball table sags in the middle, air hockey table one scoreboard didn’t work, and there were no tips on the pool cues. Make sure you bring toiletries sundries if you stay more than a day or two. The pool was wonderful, the property is wonderful, the furniture is pretty good, the place just needs a good scrubbing (including the apholstry, dining chairs), with bleach (especially baths) and please put some stickers on the glass patio door so nobody bumps into it. Needs a security alarm on large back patio door and a privacy fence around back yard that locks. Owners were fantastic, maintenance responded on a weekend, garden tub fills quickly, Christmas tree and strollers, extra blankets, baby crop, vacuum, all basic appliances were provided. The cooker is the oven/ stove top.

Beautiful Pool

Property was very clean. My kids loved the pool though it does need updating.. Definitely ask to have the heat turned on. It is an additional $189 for the week but worth it especially in the 70 degree weather. The house itself is sorely in need of updating... beds, linens, couches, deck furniture I would date to early 2000's. Vent for the dryer was disconnected, you must buy your propane for the grill, and the icemaker didn't work. Be warned that there is no dish soap and minimal toilet paper so if you plan on staying longer than a day or two, stock up. Nice neighborhood. Roomy home. Overall, I would give it five stars if not for the things mentioned.

Beautiful spacious home, wonderful pool and lots of amenities

Having booked this stay to get away from reality for a bit, after having my Dad pass away too soon, we really looked forward to this trip, and this lovely house did not disappoint... it was just what we needed! :) We absolutely loved our stay at Steve & Sam's place. It was convenient, the pool was enjoyed each and every day, the games room was fun, the rooms were spacious and the amenities were awesome. Some of the added touches that we really loved was that the owners trust their guests and so they leave behind a bunch of "extras" to enjoy. For example: there were pool toys left in the games room for our kids to enjoy, our son and his cousin played on the Nintendo Gamecube and games in the evenings; my mother read a book from the closet and left a few of her own behind to add to the collection, the kitchen was well stocked, only missing a few things that we left behind for others to enjoy (corkscrew, ice cube tray, and we meant to leave behind a pump for the pool toys but we forgot, etc.). The washer/dryer was useful for us to keep all our clothes clean and the dishwasher was uber convenient after meals. Knowing the owners were coming in next after our stay, we left behind some bottles of wine, ice cream and snacks that I hope they get to enjoy. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back. :)

Would stay again.

Me and my family rented the house. I would give it a 4 stars. Overall clean. But when we got there one of the showers didn’t work and had to call on that. They did come right out and fix it. The closet door came off the track. Only half the burners on the stove worked. At this point I was over call the management company. Overall it was fine just little upkeep things that were annoying. I would rent again though.

Felt like home, great family friendly house

I stayed in this home for 2 weeks with my family and I can say that as soon as I stepped in this house I felt peace and welcomed. My family and I had an amazing experience. We were 4 adults and 6 children, never did it feel crowded. The beds were super comfy and the pool was so amazing. The kids never wanted to leave the house because of the pool and game room. Everything was close by and Disney was about 15 min away :-)There are a few minor repairs that need to be done to the house but I can honestly say they did not ruin my stay, that's why I still gave 5 stars because overall I had a great experience with the house and the communication with the owners was great. I will definitely be staying here for future Disney vacation trips.

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful! My daughter and her friend very much enjoyed the game room and the pool. The home is so spacious. I would definitely recommend this property.
