Great house!!
This is a great house, very nicely renovated and furnished. Plenty of offroad parking available. The house is in what can look like a sketchy neighborhood but a lot of Davenport looks sketchy. We were told by the kids that went to college there that the neighborhood isn't actually that bad. The house has a good security alarm with cameras which was super nice to have. If you need to stay in Davenport or the local area, I would recommend this house. Annastasia was very communicative, responsive, and helpful.

Quick weekend trip
Place was wonderful! House was filled with wonderful amenities to make the stay comfortable! 3-5 minute drive to downtown.

1st time Davenport
Newly renovated home with careful attention to detail. Ample space, comfortable bedding/linens and many thoughtful conveniences of home. Extra off-street parking was good. Security system. Easy arrival & departure. Host was exceptional.

Short Stay
We were in town for very short visit with friends for a Volleyball tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel, wanted to spread out and just hang out with each other, We were very happy with the House

Historic home that have been updated meticulously. Everything was new, clean, and comfortable.

Wonderful experience
Was in town for a pool tournament at the River Center in Davenport. Short drive to and from. We were greeted with a gift card to a coffee shop. Parking was available off the streets which was a huge plus. The inside was luxurious, very clean and felt like a home away from home. The bathroom was amazing with a large walk in shower, a spa tub and heated floors. Great 3 bedroom place that comfortably sleeps a minimum of 4 unless sharing beds. Lovely!

Everything about this property was excellence and quality. From the communication to the welcome to the actual accommodations all were above and beyond. I am not exaggerating when i give this home 6 stars out of 5.
