The pool/hottub combo was a hit. The pool was plenty large for all to swim. I had 16 people and we all had our own space! It was a good location, as we could walk to the resort pool and it wasn’t too far.

Our stay was perfect! We had a lot of people in our group and the house was perfect. Accommodated everyone and never felt crowded in the home at all! The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The mini golf and pool with water slides was a great added bonus just down the street.

The bunk beds are for kids only, I know that sounds obvious but a twin bed is usually ok for an adult but these were thin and seemed small. So if you’re a golf group I’m not sure that it would work.

The house was nice and fit our family of 20 perfectly. However the bathrooms weren’t as clean as we would have liked. There was ants in the master suite shower as well as a couple of rooms upstairs. The dryer stopped working one day but someone came to fix it asap so that was nice. But overall, the kids enjoyed the pool and we liked having access to the grill. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We weren’t far from Disney World or Volcano Bay or any of the other places we visited.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing. The community amenities were close by and easy to access, which made everything very convenient. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The house was beautiful & clean. It was the perfect fit for my annual family vacation. The upstairs livingroom was pefect for the children. Little issues: The refrigerator did not dispense ice & was leaking water onto the floor. Water from the garbage disposal would pool into the dishwasher. The property manager responded immediately & came to check the issues. He said he would send a repairman to fix the refrigerator; but the issue wasnt resolved during our stay. None of our food spoiled. We just kept a down on the floor to soak up the water. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I would definitely rent this house again.

The house was just as advertised. Excellent communication with host. The beds were very comfortable. The space accommodate all 24 members of my family. I'm going to rent this rental next year for our family gathering.

Take photos immediately upon arrival

House is spacious and nice, however, upon arrival, we inspected the home for damages so we will not be blamed for anything and there were so many things damaged in the home. Sent the manager photos of all damages and he stated he was aware of the damages. What if we never reported these damages. I guarantee they would put thr blame on us. Also,the mattresses are worn out and couldn't sleep well. There is not enough parking for 5 cars due to the area. We had 3 large SUVS and they couldn't fit properly in the garbage because we fear we may cause damage to the garage door if we tried to close it.The house was not cleaned properly as we saw crumbs on the floor in the kitchen area as well as the bathrooms floors were half cleaned as well. Some of the doors in the home would not open and one of the doors upstairs the door was completely off the sliding track and door trim was missing as well. There are 2 fridge in the home and only 1 fridge was working properly and the other fridge was not working properly. It doesn't keep your food cold. There were roaches in the home crawling on the wall. I will attach all photos below to support my statement

5-Star Review: Windsor 10BD Disney Villa for Large Groups

Our large family(30 people) just wrapped up at the Windsor 10BD Disney Villa. From the moment we walked in, the open floor plan and expansive family area made it easy for everyone to spread out and relax together. The double fridge was a lifesaver when stocking up on snacks, meals, and drinks.The on-site waterpark was an absolute hit with kids and adults. Inside, we challenged each other to foosball, shuffleboard, and pool, while the spa and private pool provided a quieter spot to unwind. These amenities kept us entertained during downtime and felt like our own private resort.Location couldn’t be better—just minutes from Universal Studios and Disney’s parks.Our only hiccup was the limited parking. At peak times, nearby visitors would snag spots right in front of our villa. So, it’s important you move a vehicle from the driveway and onto the road to save that spot if someone has to leave. The HOA also limits the number of vehicles allowed on the resort. This makes accommodating 30 people a challenge.If you’re traveling with a big crew and want both convenience and entertainment, Windsor 10BD is the perfect home base for your Disney-area adventure. Tracy and Ricky are phenomenal hosts!! They answered all our questions quickly and genuinely wanted to ensure we had an amazing time.

Property was clean and decorated nicely. The 2 refrigerators were great. The pool was clean. The facilities were nice with the lazy river and arcade games, although very busy on a holiday weekend. The host was helpful with my questions. The homes are situated very close together so at times it was a little noisy, especially on the holiday weekend

All I can say is FANTASTIC!

We had a great time at this Davenport house. It was plenty large for our 21 family members. About a 25-30 minute drive to the Disney parks. And the water park/recreational area was really nice. Thanks for the great stay and memories made!
