Pool Area
We could not use the pool for 4 days of our 7 days (SAT,SUN,MON,TUES) due to the fact that it was filthy dirty. I contacted the management company on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday about it and all I got back was they would get back to me. NEVER HEARD A WORD. Finally on Wednesday I got a message saying that the pool would be cleaned on Wednesday, which is the scheduled cleaning day for the pool. There was only 4 lounges in the pool area and One of them was broken so badly that we could not use it. The Lanai area could not be used because the Couch and table were infested with ants. I also addressed the ant issue with the Management Company and of course NO RESPONSE. We have stayed in many homes in Watersong over the years and have never experienced any problems. I asked to be compensated for not being able to use the pool by letting us have a late check out time, Again NO RESPONSE from the Management Company until the day before we were set to leave. They wouldn't do the late check out. The Management Company was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and I hope the OWNER will be notified. We also asked to be refunded some money for the inconvenience but yet AGAIN NO RESPONSE.
