Nick was very friendly und reacted within a few Hours if we needed anything! Very pleasant:) We enjoyed the stay with all the amenities. We especially liked the billiard table in the garage, and the children plates so you dont have to worry with the Kids. There were also stroller and Kids seats although we did Not Need them. The furniture is slightly outdated and could use some repair but nothing that does mind us at any time.We would book again!

This property lived up to everything it promised. Huge amount of space, both upstairs and downstairs - Pool area and Games Room were brilliant. Living areas downstairs - all beautifully laid out and plently of natural light comes in through the windows. Space galore too!Games room - what a treat this was to have this on hand. Our 8 year old loved it! In particular being able to play a few games of pool with his dad! My only gripe with the games room is that it was a little on the warm side everytime we were in there. The main A/C of the house didnt extend to the games room, so instead the use of ceiling fans was implemented, which took the edge of the humid feel.Kitchen area - The kitchen was brilliant. Well stocked with everything you need - huge fridge/freezer with ice dispenser - oven, microwave, coffee machine and very well stocked cupboards with all the utensils you could ever need.Pool area - We spent most of our time out here when at the house. Its a lovely area, with a great sized pool - 3ft at the shallow end and a little under 6ft at the deep end. My boy loved it - by far his favorite part of the house! It was great being able to have breakfast by the pool each day too.Bedrooms/bathrooms - The master bedroom in the house was lovely. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, in awhile.All bedrooms were a great size and very comfortable as were all bathrooms.

Excellent large family holiday home

We stayed at the property for two weeks and everything was as expected with no issues. The place is very well fitted throughout. It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. We would definitely recommend.

We were a party of 4, stayed for 17 days.The inside of the house was spotless. So clean and tidy. The pool area was disappointing in the beginning. Day2 I messaged Nick. He sent the property manager over. Nice of him but was a useless venture.Pool cleaned Mondays was the answer. Monday arrived, pool was cleaned. It had been greenish and murky.Cleared up nicely in 24 hrs.As the week progressed so did the color change of the pool. Again I reached out to Nick. Pool was cleaned again on Monday. This time the cleaning was totally different. Pucks x2 even.The pool cleared crystal blue, that was added as well.The water stayed clear till we left. It did prevent 2 of the 4 from using the pool daily.The area around the pool needs pressure washing and some TLC.Outside furniture is comfortable. Too bad when you walked over the pool deck that one’s feet turned dark.I am sure it tracked inside each time as well.The inside was perfect upstairs. The downstairs does boost an ensuite, it totally is not. Overall the property would be 4/5 due to pool and outdoor area. Hope this is helpful.

Great way to relax and close to lots of attractions!

Our favorite part was THE POOL! Temperature was fantastic (we did pay for the pool to be heated, which I recommend this time of year). Having a large kitchen was wonderful for food preparation, and the area around the house is very quiet!

Snowbirds

Three sisters & spouses came from Indiana to enjoy Florida sunshine for a month! This home did not disappoint! Two other sisters from South Carolina & one from Oregon came for a few days! The house was very spacious and accommodating! The pool was wonderful all month! Nick was very quick to respond when needed! We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Family vacation

The apartment was very suitable for our family (three adults and four children). The only thing what we need was more dishes. Location was nice and neighborhood was so quiet. Everything was fine with house and host. The description about house was truthful.

This is a beautiful vacation rental.

This is a lovely vacation rental with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor. The swimming pool which is 6 feet deep at one end, is a great feature of this property. It's clean and well maintained. Two of my grandchildren (ages 7 and 4) learned to swim in that pool during our vacation. They will never forget where this milestone was reached. The basics are provided to get you started (trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, one toilet roll in each bathroom, and laundry detergent). But you will need to make a run to a store to replenish this supply. There are many stores nearby to choose from. This rental has plenty of towels for the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The owner was quick to respond from the very beginning when I was searching for a rental, and he checked on us via email to see if everything was in good working order after we arrived. I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again if we ever plan another trip to Central Florida.

Great holiday!

We were a group of 8 people. 2 grandmas, 1 grandpa, 1 father, 1 mother and 3 children. The house is beautiful and big, everyone can also retreat to a quiet place if necessary. The pool was great to cool off in after a day at the amusement park. The games room is also a nice bonus for the children. Theme parks were easy to reach, only the daily traffic jams to Orlando on the I4 are sometimes annoying. A possible small point of criticism is that the pool furniture here and there needs to be replaced, but that did not spoil our fun. All in all, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.

Amazing house highly recommended

What can I say on first arrival the house was beautiful and perfect for our holiday. Everything was as described clean and tidy. If I was to have one negative say it was the location as you need to drive to get anywhere which is normal for USA which is fine but the I4 is always bumper to bumper so takes a little longer to get to Orlando than stated but saying that I’m glad it is where it is cause you don’t get all the hustle and bustle of Orlando. Would highly recommend this as anyone’s base for a holiday in Orlando. Pool was perfect to cool down in everyday. Also you are literally 5-8 mins from a few supermarket's. My son and girlfriend found the games room a great place to hang out and play pool. 5 stars all the way.

Family trip

We have been to Florida many times and although the villa was a little further away from Disney than others we have stayed in there was not much difference in the travelling time to the parks. The villa is on a lovely quiet estate. The pool area was perfect for us ,with a covered seating area .We had 2 babies in our party and had the pool heated and it was a lovely temperature. Although the villa could maybe do with a little updating it is spacious and comfortable and the games room was a nice bonus . The bedroom downstairs is not en suite but does have its own bathroom nearby. The management company were excellent.Our water heater stopped working and although it was a Sunday evening Debbie had someone straight out and when it could not be repaired a new one was installed. Communication with Nick was sxcellenr and everything ran very smoothly

Excelled stay

Communication with the owner was excellent any questions was answered quickly Villa was very easy to find and excellent peaceful neighbourhood When we arrived the villa was very clean and the welcome pack was perfect to get us going The pictures on Vrbo was just as we found the villa The kids absolutely loved the pool only thing I would suggest would to have lights in the pool or on the back fence by pool we went in march and it got quite dark in the pool at night we had pool Heating and it was like stepping into a bath perfect For my children who was 3 and 8 The villa is huge we didn’t use half of the house but it was beautiful only a couple of negatives the bath was chipped in places downstairs and tiles in shower was a bit old looking just through wear and tear just needs updating but that didn’t put us off we would definitely stay again 5***** from us we had an excellent holiday

Relaxation!

The home is very clean and well maintained, with only a couple of minor things that are age related. The beds are extremely comfortable with pillows that are of great quality allowing for a peaceful nights rest. The pool is at a perfect temperature allowing family to utilize both during the day and evening. I would definitely recommend it to others and be happy to stay here again.

Extraordinary experience!

This property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located and gave us access to Disney World, Universal Studios and Legoland. Our grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law were here from New Zealand and this property absolutely enhanced our experience The kids especially love the pool and the host, Nick, was extremely communicative which we truly appreciated.
