Relaxing environment

The condo is well-appointed with quality furniture inside as well as on the balcony. We enjoyed the feeling of being in a home, not just a condo. The complex itself is more upscale than most vacation rentals. The location to restaurants is perfect. I cannot imagine anyone not liking 704. The Only negative is the distance to the beach. Once at the beach, beach services are available from an independent vendor. The owners do provide chairs and a wagon to take to the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Impeccably Clean and Comfortable!

I would definitely stay here again! The condo is decorated so beautifully and was so clean, fresh and comfortable. I appreciated the rug inside the front door to catch the sand that inevitably sneaks inside as well as the rugs in the bathroom and bedroom. The master bed was so soft and plush! The entire complex was very well maintained. Our family loved our time on the beach and at the pool for a break from the beach. It is a pretty long walk to the beach, especially with tents, coolers, etc. The beach wagon provided by Sherrie was very much appreciated! Loved my time here!

Anniversary Celebration

I booked this for my wife and I to celebrate our 50th anniversary and we enjoyed the stay. Everything about the condominium we stayed in was A. If I have any advise for future travelers is remember this is on an island and there is no Walmart.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is perfect for a beach condo and has lots of photos and articles related to Daiphin Island. The view doesn’t get any better. The balcony is a relaxing area to have morning coffee, meals and/or family time. Walking distance to many of the local shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is fabulous! She is very responsive and full of knowledge about the Islands best kept secrets! She shared so much great information with us about the places/times of operation. We can’t wait to book another stay soon!

Absolutely Fantastic

Our whole trip was excellent the condo was perfect in every aspect and my wife and I loved seating in the balcony in the mornings just looking at the ocean we will definitely be coming back to the island in the future

Family Vacation

This property is actually one of the few I have ever stayed in that the pictures don’t do it justice. Condo and property are very clean and well stocked. Pools are nice. There is a little walk to the beach, but that was better with the wagons at the condo.

Beautiful condo w/ great views!

Was able to book last minute when we had to scramble to reschedule or vacation due to hurricane beryl. The owner was so sweet and helpful. The condo was perfect, beds were super comfortable and the seating area was.perfect for the family.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the best time at the 7th heaven condo. When we walked in the door everything was spotless and decorated perfectly. I was shocked to see all that Sherrie provided for her guests. We brought a wagon and chairs, but that was a great courtesy to have there already. Everything we needed was there. We will be back soon!

A very nice place that was clean and enjoyable with great views. In my opinion, the term Penthouse is a little grandiose but other than the listing (title), we really felt this was a high quality place to stay with good security measures in place.

We can’t say enough good things about this property! The owner contacted us ahead of time to ensure that we understood the check in process and where it was most convenient to park. She was kind and made sure we had her phone number if we had any questions. The property is so clean and she has extra amenities that were not listed. There were beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon, beach towels, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, extra Kleenex, Q-tips, curling iron and so much more. We will definitely stay here again and it is well worth the price. She is very trustworthy and also has other properties. Oh, and the furniture in bed were so comfortable.

Fabulous

Sherrie was great to answer any questions that we had both before our stay and during our stay. She was quick and really helped us. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were soft and the sheets felt great. TVs in all rooms. The deck was great and spacious! Recommend coffee out there in the mornings! The pizza and BBQ across the street are the best... We loved the amenities at the resort and the beach is great!!! We will definitely be back! 5 stars for sure!
