Beach view was beautiful. Being a little further from the beach, however the closest you can be at that point on the island, allows you to see more of it. The oil rigs offshore didn’t bother me and were interesting especially with their dim lights at night. The outdoor pool was large and fun for the family as well as the indoor pool. Both were comfortably heated. Getting around the property was easy and the walk to the beach was beautiful and enjoyable.

Beautiful condo, comfortable, great location

The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were super comfortable. We didn’t even need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas and toys!

Dauphin Island Holiday Isle

We liked everything about this place. The condo complex is well laid out with easy access to the condo unit. It was so convenient for loading and unloading. The new beach boardwalk was wonderful as well as all the other amenities. Our condo unit was beautifully furnished and very well maintained. It had everything we could possibly need and want. It was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The large outdoor balcony was great. The owner, Susan, made everything easy and was always available by phone and email. We will look forward to returning hopefully soon.

Relax and Unwind

Simply Beautiful! While we were searching for an area to have a small family vacation I was also looking for a place to hide from the world and relax. This property gave our family the best of both worlds! Everything we needed was there. The property was stunning and Susan was so helpful and caring!!Even though our trip was cut short due to a family emergency at home I still felt rested and refreshed after only a few short days. Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property and working with Susan. The condo was beautiful and everything in working order. The kitchen had everything we needed and I was so appreciative of that. Also, Susan was wonderful to work with - she provided great information and helpful tips for things to do. We will definitely keep this condo in mind should we have the chance to return, which we would love to do.

We had a wonderful trip to Dauphin Island. This was our second time to stay in Susan’s condo. Great communication before, during, and after the trip. The condo is stocked nicely with all the items you would need from home for kitchen and the beach. When we go back we will stay here again!

Perfect condo for family with teenagers

Susan was helpful from the get-go. The condo was large enough for our family of 3 teenager boys. The condo had all the beach gear needed including towels. My favorite spot was the comfy patio furniture on the balcony where I drank my coffee and watched the evening storm.

Relaxing vacation on Dauphin Island

I think that this is the most relaxing vacation that we have taken in quite a while. The condo was probably the best we have ever stayed in at the beach. Everything was great, from the early available check-in to the day that we checked out. The condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and having beach towels and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to haul it in) was a great plus! The owner was responsive and called to make sure everything was going ok. I would definitely stay here again and would tell all of my family and friends about the property.

A Slice of Paradise

This was our first year to come to Dauphin Island and we’d loved it! We will definitely make it a favorite for our family. Susan, our host was just a call/text away and we enjoyed her condo at Holiday Isle. Everything was awesome! It was better than described. We will definitely be coming back. !

Fabulous Gulf Views

We attended our family reunion on Dauphin so we did not use the extensive beach equipment in the condo. This condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, so it was perfect for our family. It is well-equipped with everything we needed. Our car was parked at the front door making for easy loading and unloading. When we return to Dauphin Island, our first choice will be this condo! Appreciate all the communications with the owner.

Great Experience!

Very nice accommodations, and the photos and descriptions were accurate. This condo is very well suited for a family of four (or more). Further, great communication from the host all along the way. Perfection

Susan’s place was perfect! Beach on one side, restaurants across the street made for the best location. Susan’s hospitality was beyond expectations and really made us feel comfortable for our first trip to Dauphin Island. We will definitely be back to this place!

Great spring break!

We loved our stay on Dauphin Island. Susan was able to answer all our questions and the island was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the beach and the quiet town. We would love to go back. We can't stop thinking about how much we enjoyed it. The condo was a great set up for us with children ages 17, 13, 13, and 11. The pools were great and we were right on the beach. I'd book it every year if I could.

Great time with family

This is a fabulous location for families with diverse interests. You can take a long walk along the beach looking at birds and collecting shells or spend time in the indoor or outdoor pool. Utilize the workout room in the morning, or take a bike ride along the greenway. The condo is well maintained and provides plenty of entertainment opportunities if you choose to stay in -- games, puzzles, books and more. We hope to return again.

Beautiful and Exceeded Expections

This was a beautiful experience for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! The property manager was easy to communicate with and made sure there was a crock pot there along with beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and a cart! The condo is clean, which I appreciate! The island is pristine and enjoyed the view from our deck and walked 7-10 miles daily on the beach. If you want a beach get away and not the hustle & bustle, this is a place for you! If you want a party/music scene or lots of shops, probably best to go to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. We are laid back and prefer to avoid all that. Loved walking the trails at the bird sanctuary and the beach, visited the fort. Our sons went fishing on guided 4 hour tour and we ate at a couple local restaurants. Recommend getting groceries/food (if you like to cook) before coming to the island. The appliances worked great too! Amenities of the condo itself were good- our sons took advantage of the heated pools and hot tub. The tennis courts were being refurbished at the condo so they found a golf course down the road that allowed them to have a few matches. On the 2nd floor there was a ping pong table and they enjoyed this. We have no complaints, and hope to come back again! Thank you so much!

Relaxing Stay

The previous reviews are right on target. The host was great, the condo was nice, clean and the kitchen was well stocked-we had absolutely no issues. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and walks on the lovely beach. The island is quiet and very laid back. The eat out options are very limited for a nice meal. We enjoyed purchasing fresh fish from Skinners. The DI golf course was very rough, we had fun playing it, but serious minded golfers will be disappointed. It was a very nice place for some much needed downtime-very relaxing.
