It was okay

The unit was clean which was great, the beach was perfect although the walk to get there with smallChildren was a challenge. There were a few things that were bothersome. The pocket door between the second bedroom and bathroom wouldn’t stay on its track so it wouldn’t close. The second bedroom didn’t stay cool as the rest of the unit, making for long nights and the dining room table didn’t have all its chairs which is needed if you have a large group like we did.

Fantastic location for a week at the beach

Overall this was a very enjoyable stay, and great location. There were some minor hiccups getting into the room with are probably related to digital keypads in a high humidity and salty air environment. overall cleanliness was good there were a couple of minor maintenance situations that we made the management company aware of and they work to resolve. Beautiful views, have some access to the beach. The two salt water pools were a wonderful addition and option for the kids. We would definitely come back.

Highly recommend!

We would absolutely stay here again! DI is our beach of choice and we typically rent a house. This time we went for the convenience of a condo and I’m so glad we did. The easy beach access and pool with our two small kids was SO nice compared to how we typically access the beach via a golf cart or vehicle, no convenient bathrooms, going back and forth all day, etc. The Inn is smaller in size so it was quiet on the beach and at the pool. Our unit was clean and exactly as described. Overall we were so happy with our stay and we’ll be back!

Quiet location close to the beach

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights. It was a quiet location and access to the beach/two pools was great. We love Dauphin Island, its been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and I was able to share that with my kids this year. Plan a grocery pick up on your way to the island, stop at Skinners for steamed seafood. We found that the gulf side had quite a bit of seaweed this year on the bay side though it was clear.

Wonderful family vacation!

We enjoyed our family vacation so much! We traveled with our children and had the most relaxing time! We saw so much wildlife on the beach right in front of our house! Most mornings we had the beach to ourselves. We loved the property and cannot wait to come back next summer! Thanks for the memories!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and loved seeing the beach from our room. We would definitely come back and stay if we decide to visit Dauphin again. We just didn’t realize there was smoking allowed so each time at the pool we left due to smokers on their balcony’s. Rooms could also have used a good dusting as we could see a lot of dust on the fans when we accidentally had a kid turn them off. Other than those two things we really did enjoy our time and wish we would have stayed longer

First time on the island

The location of the condo was perfect but did not work well for our family. Very small rooms, old furniture and dining room table was sticky, like a bad finish or paint job. All of the appliances were in good working condition and that was a plus. The guest bedroom bathroom tub could not be used for bathing, only showering.

Nice weekend stay

Stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was more spacious than I thought it would be. We had 5 adults total and it was comfortable. The location is great and the complex is extremely quiet. Would come back again!

Very clean

The place and location was perfect. However, the contact number we had to prior to arriving was unable to give us any information on how to access the property when we arrived. They could not look us up by name, confirmation number, or even the address. Over all it was a great trip and we will be back, hopefully with less issues on check-in.

Loved Dauphin Island

We absolutely fell in love with island. The condo had everything we could possibly need. You could tell that the property was older but the room was clean and met all of our needs! We loved the big tub and the kids room had plenty of room. The patio was big and we were extremely comfortable here! Loved our stay!

Nice Vacation Property

The property has a cozy at home feeling. Just a short walk to the ocean. Amenities were provided. We had a little trouble getting into the gate to park upon arrival, but it was an overall great place to stay! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect family Island getaway

Our stay couldn't have been more perfect! We stayed in room 212 & it had a perfect view & great access to the amenities. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly & helpful. This was the perfect Island getaway & we will definitely be returning.

The carpeting was atrocious, stains etc. Found an empty beer bottle by the bed. Found a pair of mens underwear on top of the sofa against the wall. Microwave did not work. Overall I was unhappy and I book with you guys constantly.

Great location

The condo complex was in a great location to access the beach. The heated pool in March was amazing. The condo itself could use some upgrades, including the mattresses in the second bedroom and new carpet, but thankfully we spent most of our time outside.
