Overall it is an excellent location. Property was clean. Only complaint is the cooking was difficult with the pans included. I feel it was someone's left over miscellaneous pans that are 20 years old. (Teflon scratched and breaking down). Updates are needed but great location, people are very nice and check in was very smooth.

Nice building and large balcony overlooking pool and beach. Unit was clean and communication was excellent. Unit could use some updates - bedroom carpets, master bathroom towels, linens are in need of replacing.
