Very pleased

This was a very nice and clean condo. It had everything we needed except hangers and a previous review said the same so I took hanger with us. Everything else was perfect. The only complaint was no ice maker but the store isn’t far to buy ice. Will definitely stay here again! Pool was so nice and the walk to the beach isn’t that bad.

Nice rental

Family vacation done right. Condo was convenient to beach and easy to get to. Kitchen well stocked with what you needed. Plenty of room, nicely decorated. 2nd floor condo which gave us a good view of the beach/water. Would stay again!

Vacation Getaway

The room was bigger than I expected for 2 people. Had an issue with the air conditioner but someone came and fixed it right away. The room was great and I had plenty of towels. I only needed a dust pan to clean up the sand we brought back from the beach. Overall I would give this place a 5 star.

Dauphin Island

There were pros and cons. Good beachfront location. Very clean on arrival. Comfortable beds. Cooking utensils that were rusted or have peeling teflon should be discarded. Furniture was pretty warn but had a beach cottage feel.

Great place for the price

Had a great weekend getaway, location is perfect the beach and the views are amazing. Heated pool is great. Place needs updates as mentioned in other reviews but other than that it’s a nice place Needs a blow dryer 😊

Good location, needs updates

Was in great location but could use a spruce up. Biggest problem was main TV and one of the bedroom TVs did not work. Remotes needed batteries and we think main room TV Direct TV box was broken. We reported and no one even really tried to do anything about it. W Oils not rent that unit again because it seems no one cares. Don’t know if it’s the owners or the property managers that I are the problem but it needs fixing.

R&R Spring Break

Spacious condo with spectacular views of the beach. Comfy cozy condo needs a few updates like the bedroom carpet redone but I wore slippers and would stay here again. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the heated pool and beach. A cooler spring break this year so bring layers of clothes including a light jacket for walks along the beach. Get the spinach & crab dip at The Islander. The Pirates Restaurant has the views. Caught the biggest red fish ever on a guided tour! Others were catching smaller whites off the shore. Bring your poles and beach chairs.

Weekend Getaway

The condo had a few issues: smallest TV had volume control problems; largest TV was crooked on the wall, not enough towels, and master bedroom mattress far too soft. But location was perfect- beach, water, close to restaurants and shopping, and safe parking lot.

The building is like all the others. Comfort is a different story. I've been more comfortable at Motel Six. Old dirty carpet, poorly stocked kitchen, small TVs, and sheets don't fit the bed. Furniture was straight out of a doctor's office waiting room. Will not be back.

Needs Overall Improvements

I think I have always given 5 stars for every vacation rental we have had. After being in the car for almost 11 hours, we were finally there except we could not get in. We did not receive check-in instructions and code. It did not exist anywhere in my emails. We had to park across the street, download an app., and wait for someone to respond. We were very frustrated. Worst check-in ever! The view here was gorgeous. I was disappointed, when the jetted tub pictured, would not turn on. In addition, the tub will only fill halfway before the water is cold. The door to the washer and dryer area fell of the hanging while doing laundry. The washer smells due to having to be shut right after loads. I propped something in the door to hopefully allow it to air dry inbetween loads. The living room has nowhere at all comfortable to sit. It looks nice, but the confort is just not there. I recommend adding a recliner or two, or perhaps add a sectional with recliners. After full days of going to the beach and exploring, this home missed a comfortable place to lounge like other vacation homes have. In addition, the beds were not comfortable. We drove up to Costco to buy new pillows. It is no fun to have your neck hurt each day because of the bed and pillows. We stayed June 2023. I am leaving this review on 9/3/2023. I allowed time to really think about this review as to not react in anger. This condo has a real opportunity to be amazing. Location is great.

Dauphin Island 206A

Nice price, older unit. Walls and ceilings are thin so you will hear the neighbors. Jetted tub does not work. Heated pool was maybe 70°, still too cool for me. Great sunsets, good size kitchen and living area, loved the balony.

Property location was nice, had a nice view of the ocean. Needs a deep cleaning. Doors and handles, light switches and covers, master bath tub. Master toilet lose from the floor. Bed sheets don’t fit master bed. Woke up every morning on the plastic mattress cover. Bed pillows paper thin. Wi-Fi and tv streaming didn’t work half the time. Advertised heated pool, but it wasn’t. Neighbors told me it usually was but heaters for pools were never turned on this year. The pro’s are the location was good. View of the ocean great. Easy access to parking and unit.
