  • Beautiful third floor beachfront condo sleeps 6.
    Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from your oversized balcony or take the short walk
    down your private boardwalk to the sandy shores.
    The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Each of
    the three bedrooms are en suite, featuring a kind bed in the master,
    King in the second, and Queen in the third bedroom.
    Each bedroom has a TV providing cable. There is
    a full sized washer and dryer in the unit.
    Finally, enjoy the outdoor pools, one is extended season pool.

Great Condo

This place was very nice. It had a few minor maintenance items that needed to be taken care of, but overall, the location and condo were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

A Beautiful Condo!

Everything is superb about this condo - all of the amenities, comfortable beds and linens, well-stocked kitchen with pots/ pans/ utensils, beautiful views, and close to everything needed on the island. I would definitely go back!

Yearly, family beach week!

First time stay at Dauphin Island loved every moment! Loved the beautiful condo clean and very accommodating! Would absolutely return! Lots to do wonderful location loved the beach! Only complaint it went by way too fast! Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment! High ceilings and beautiful view!

The check in process was a little confusing. You get keys at another building. It was pouring down rain so we were slightly confused. Other than that 100% awesome!

Beach

the water was much further than anticipated. The walkway was close to 100 yards then almost 100 yards to the water. The Friday nigh noise in the pool was loud till at leat 1030 maybe midnight. Pool has signs pool closed at 9 but was ignored. Several argued with the loud guests to no avail. I called office at 10 pm and got answering service. Apparently there is no security or management available then as noise continued. The patio could not be enjoyed on Friday night.

The property was as it is described. A couple of things to note: very few washcloths, no dishcloth, the nonstick skillets were ruined —no nonstick coating left on them, one garbage bag, one roll of tissue in each bathroom. There were nice bath towels and beach towels and a nice heated pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful, quiet, confrontable and relaxing vacation spot. Nice pool within walking distance of the beach and some small local eating establishments. Perfect for a multi-generational family reunion.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. The gate code was changed the day before we left but a phone call got us in. The condo was spacious. Lots of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The deck was spacious and overlooking a spectacular view from the third floor. The kitchen was as expected with more than enough dishes, pans etc. tv and internet were all good. The pools were nice and never over crowded. We did a sunset cruise which was wonderful. We toured Fort Morgan which was interesting. We took a trip on the Ferry over to Orange beach(get there early to get a spot). Nice little gift shops and eating places within walking distance. There is a beautiful walking trail/ bird sanctuary near by. Traffic was never bad. We would definitely return. One of my favorite beaches!

Great condo and complex on the beach!

The condo was clean, inviting, comfortable, and very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Plenty of towels, patio furniture and even an electric grill. All beds were comfortable and furniture was in good condition. Elevator or stairs were close, and all units have an exterior door. Two pools and nice patio area with charcoal grills available to use. Easy parking in a gated parking lot. Beach access just beyond the pool! Nice area with easy access to small shops, restaurants and gas station. Only a few minutes from Ft Gaines and the Shell Mounds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays and the accommodations!

Lovely Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We loved staying at this beautiful, comfortable home. The balcony was my favorite spot, but my children enjoyed the pools and beach equally. We all loved the bright, soothing yellow walls and fun beach decor. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family holiday.

Better than advertised

This condo is wonderfully appointed, having everything you could possibly need. It is roomier than we expected, with a bunk room having the ability to sleep six people. Bathrooms are nice sizes and each bedroom has its own. While we had rain and thunderstorms every day, there was plenty to do, with loads of puzzles and DVDs. I especially appreciated the smart TV so we could load our own streaming programs. We will be back!

Great location- wonderful condo

The condo was exceptionally clean. Comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 9 people. Location was perfect- right across the street from ice cream and snacks. I love that there were toys and games there for the kids. It was a nice touch. We will return!
