Beautiful waterfront location. We enjoyed the lovely views and watching the boats pass by. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Swim spa was definitely a plus. Older home which has had a little updating but was tidy and clean inside. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This was a weekend stay for a group of 6 moms. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of places to sit comfortably and visit while enjoying a beautiful view. The neighborhood was peaceful and very walkable.

Location and swim spa

We love this spot. Quiet, off-season relaxing fun. This was our 2nd stay and we'll be back. However to give a thorough review we must include the challenges: arrived to dirty cold swim spa, internet is in and out (mostly out), dishwasher does not work (no dish soap so we bought some to hand wash) second shower does not work, screens are ripped and pollen covers everyt. All dishes, appliances are shabby. They could also use hot tub cover opener. It is very difficult to take off and on, we needed both of us.But again, even with all the shabbiness, it just feels like a camp. And we love it.h

Dauphin Island in January

House was very comfortable for my wife and I with alll we needed to grill some some shimp and prepare our meals. Of course in January weather was pretty chilly and breezy, but the view of the water was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing. Would stay here again.

Needs some updating

Was a nice property, but could use some updating & repairs Location was good, Quiet neighborhood, good view of the bay. Couldn't get the oven to work, but luckily they had a crockpot so I used that to make my Christmas ham! The hottub didnt get hot enough till we were ready to go home. But the steps weren't tall enough for me to get in anyway, and I'm not that short!All in all a nice trip, Christmas week so lots of places were closed, but we found plenty to do anyway. Locals were very nice get hot enoughvtil

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at Coronado Cove Cottage for 5 days. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The view of the bay from living room and bedroom was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time on the deck and walking along the water’s edge. I do wish there were blinds on the window beside the front door and in the kitchen because we had to keep fully dressed when in kitchen and living room area due to no blinds on those windows.

Great getaway

This beautiful property is located on the northeast side of the island. Within steps from the water, the backyard is a natural beach of sand, trees, grasses, and abundant wildlife. It is not the type of white sandy beach that you would expect from a touristy destination, and that is why we loved it. The down-home feel and the peace that the cottage and the island brought are unparalleled by any other experience.

Dog-friendly house with a water view and hot tub

We had a great stay for a long weekend in the off-season. This is close to everything, and we loved the screened-in porch overlooking the bay and the hot tub. The gas grill was a plus, too. Some of the fixtures and decor were dated, but nothing that caused problems. I recommend bringing groceries, including things like salt and pepper and oil. They was were expensive on the island.

Lovely and Quiet

So easy to check in and check out. Guest services reaponded quickly to a few questions and were quite helpful. The cottage was older but comfy and had everything we needed. Our time on the island was quite restful and refreshing. We will be back soon!

Good House -

The house is comfortable and clean. Easily fits family of 4 or 5. The bathroom in master is a bit dated but serves its functions. The kitchen had all dishes/pans needed but nothing additional such as salt/pepper, foil or other basic ingredients so bring with you! Fridge has ice cube trays for making ice. Hot tub is huge and great for the end of day unwind.

Come for the view

We always wonder about what we’re really going to get when booking a place. IMO, the pictures in the listing don’t really show how wonderful the views are. Kitchen, living room, bed rooms, and deck all have great views of the water. The location was convenient too. We are very satisfied customers!

Beautiful Views

I gave this home 3 stars because of the uncomfortable furniture including the bed. There was a lot to desire when it came to this part of the stay. Also need a full size coffee pot. Now for all of the positive things about the house. It had amazing views of the bay. The deck was large and plenty of seating, the swim spa was amazing. We used it every morning and every evening. Plenty of space for parking although it was just me and my husband and we only had one vehicle there was plenty of room for family or friends to park if you had a large group. The place was clean and had plenty of towels.

relaxing week

Loved the location of this house, screened porch looking out on water was the best, all very relaxing.. The master bed was comfortable but was just up on a cheap platform, which squeaked when you rolled over. The living room couch and chairs def not comfortable , as mentioned. House had been updated some/ enough to me, if they'd throw out the bad beach art and upgrade the master bed frame and LR furniture it would be 5 star all the way!!
