"Management is very disingenuous. A longtime leaking pipe in the kitchen; Dirty Bedding Base; Floors unclean; Awful musty smells; We sort to immediate alternative accommodation. We DO NOT recommend this place. Our doors were left open when we got back to drop off room keys!"

"Terrible experience ! i arrived and the counter rejected me ! They did not accept the reservation ! Theyhad no comand of english ! i thought I was on the wrong hotel ! i tried to follow the location of the map and was in the middle of no where ! I catched a taxi again and took me to the same address ! They kept telling me that was not There ! The I called Hotels.com ! They called some body thst spoke english ! Already 2 hours later ! Event with the call from the company service was awrful !...

"The location is pretty convenient and it’s really nice to have a service apartment for a family of 4 travelling. However….The pictures shown of the room in the listing is vastly different than the room we got….the toilet was leaking due to poor install job (no caulking) so we had to deal with noticeable sewage smell for a day since they didn’t have another room to move us to (it was fixed within 24 hrs though). Then when the shower box clogged, it wasn’t fixed when we were told it would be so...

"Room and basic facility is good though space kind of limited and has strong cigarette smoke odor. Good for the price. But the biggest problem is you need to call them to make sure they received your booking info through Expedia."
