Staying at this awesome apartment was fabulous. The beds were comfy, location was great and the views superb. We really appreciated the extras of bubbles, bread, milk, butter etc on arrival. It was so lovely not to have to think of it when we arrived. Having a range of brochures available for us to check out and peruse was also good. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching the sunset over the mangroves was pure bliss. We also made great use of the pool noodles supplied. They were perfect for the water holes: Berry Springs and the town lagoon come instantly to mind. Jan was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks for a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

Wonderful apartment

We loved this fabulous apartment with ever changing views from the balcony. Jan is an awesome host. So many extras provided by Jan which was greatly appreciated. Location is great. Very quiet area. Apartment clean and full of amenities. Excellent communication Highly recommend this apartment

Great Apartment, Location and Host

Everything about our stay was great. Easy check in, the communication with the host Jan was great and the pantry had lots of items that we would have had to buy on arrival.The apartment had 3 big bedrooms all with their own air cons as well as one in the kitchen/living area so the apartment was always cool and we all got a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. Location on the water with great views of the harbour and city which was only a 10min drive away…If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with a pool located close to everything don’t look any further this is the apartment for you.

Just like home

Exceptional. The only word to describe Jan and the property. The welcome package was welcome waiting after a 1.25 am arrival. The facilities, the view, the close proximity to everything added to the units appeal. Highly recomended.

Brilliant property, terrific location for our Square Dance Convention at Mararra. Pantry and fridge well stocked and watching the loch was interesting. Daily balcony view to CBD. A real thumbs up and would use again if in Darwin

Top Class in The Top End

Everything was just amazing. From the easy access and parking to the beautiful apartment with its comfy beds and lounges and beyond to the amply provisioned larder. Way better than expected. We even had a Chrissy tree and decorations. Thanks for having us!

Winter Warm Up

Perfect place, perfect location

We loved our stay at Nautika! It was the perfect spacious apartment for our young family to spend a week in Darwin. The view was STUNNING, and we really appreciated the few little extras in the fridge and pantry - it definitely made it feel a bit more special. We loved the location - close enough to be handy to get to the city quickly, but a nice distance away to not be right in the CBD.

Nausea home stay

Excellent position with views over the water to Darwin Large roomy apartment. Easy access to parking. Locality is great, just 10 mins to city. Host was excellent and larder was stocked with essentials and some lovely extras in the refrigerator. Would recommend this unit.

Nautika at Bayview

We couldn't have asked for more for our family stay at Nautika. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well situated. Our host Jan, had open communication channels and made life easy for us. Upon arrival, there were more than sufficient food items in the fridge and pantry until we found our feet for a shop (not to mention a few treats as well). I have no difficulty at all in recommending Nautika as a great spot to stay when visiting Darwin (both in terms of location and suitability). For those looking for good coffee and a meal while staying and Nautika, I can recommend Laneway Coffee at Parap, which is only a short drive away. Wish I had found it earlier.
