We get there and the elevator is out of order and the girl at the front desk was extreamly rude and uncaring. NEVER AGAIN! The place is a dump

Dear joseph,We are really sorry for this. when your two friends checked in we explained to them about the elevator and they understood that there was a major maintenance going on the elevator. We tried to assist all of our guests at that time. The elevator got fixed next day after you checked in.Also, Our front desk girl was not rude to you. she was trying to figure out of the payment as you guys used three different credit cards and credit card that that you gave us did not go through. However, we asked occupied guests in that about their stay. They were happy of their stay but we could not get opportunity to ask you as you did not actually stay in the room.If you have any questions please contact with us directly.Thanks,Staff

Old, tired, broken. The fridge compressor was broken and would bang very loudly every 30 minutes. Told staff on first of 7 day stay and repeatedly after, nothing done. Oven didn't work. Construction exposed in bathroom, etc.

I have celiac and require a gluten free diet. The 'free' breakfast had zero gluten free options other than coffee and yogourt. The first morning there was not fruit. The second morning there they had fruit but no gluten free baked products.

The hotel was ok but the hallways have a cigarette smoke smell on all floors. And it looked like the hotel was under a small renovation that never finished

For the cost deposit that i was charged (also having to wait 24 hours to get the deposit back). The room was in very poor condition and definitely not worth $150/night, the wifi was so slow it was barely quicker than dial up, (Gen-X'ers can relate), my cell phone had quicker services. And I really got upset about being lied to by staff,they stated at 10:30 am this morning that I'd have the deposit back in 3-4 hours, it is now 4:46 pm and i still have not received it. Would I recommend this hotel? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Go down the street to Comfort inn, at least when a couple stays there, each adult automatically finds 2 pillows on the bed for each person, not a pillow and cushion...

Dale;Thank you for providing your feedback. Deposits are a standard requirement at All hotels. They are refunded to the Guest at checkout providing there are no issues. We have no control when you will receive your credit and usually the next business date applies. Wayne

Our room was dusty, we had 1 face cloth..asked for more and some extra pillows got facecloths but was told that we couldn't have extra pillows as housekeeping went home, you can't check in til 3..how are you supposed to get anything? There was 1 spare pillow in a bag in the closet but when we opened it, it stunk so bad of body odor. We had to buy our own pillows, the toilet was wobbly,the bathroom lock was broken. Behind the bathroom door on the register was hair and thick dust. Just a very gross and disappointing stay. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly as well and when we looked underneath there were random screws drilled in....very unprofessional and dangerous. This motel definitely needs some repairs and a good scrubbing.

My husband an I stayed there for 1 night an the staff was extremely friendly..property is deff old an outdated an we had a few cobwebs around the wall that we just dusted off ourselves but the room otherwise was very clean..Im a paranoid crazy person lol so I had my husband check the whole bed an the room with a light lol and it was pretty clean an not a site of a bug around lol..we loved the little kitchenette it came in handy for us an we had cable an internet which was also great..The price was great since we only stayed 1 night an we will deff stay again..

This my second time staying here. Front desk staff was over the top fantastic. Its not a brand new hotel so you get what you pay for. But its clean and safe. Continental breakfast has toast, fruit, muffins etc. All you need. This will be my only place I stay when in Dartmouth.
