"A short two night stay. We have stayed here half a dozen times over many years. The buildings are beautiful 17th Century and the decor is sympathetic to the period. Food is a good standard they have an AA Rosette. Quiet location and enthusiastic staff. We strongly recommend it!"

"Stayed for 1 night before our 2 year olds birthday at CBeebies land. We were greeted on arrival, taken to our lovely family room- Robins nest. It was so spacious and immaculately clean, could easily stay there as a family for a few nights. A communal area and kitchen downstaires also. The location was great for our daughter being able to see some animals on the farm and a couple of minutes drive from Abbotts Bromley where there was lots of pubs to choose from a lovely meal. "It was our 19th wedding anniversary and a last minute booking. I couldn’t fault the hosts despite their upset with renovations not complete before our arrival. This was no fault of their own. The room was perfect. Very clean and the attention to detail was greatly received . The period features that was so fitting to a period property was very well presented. "

"Beeley is a lovely inn in a picturesque village. Great location for Chatsworth and beyond. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had all the amenities needed and more. Breakfast was very good. "

"This was my second time at Best Western. First experience was very pleasant. But second time, not so much. Avoid room Nº1 at all cost, as it is very noisy, because so close to reception. People constantly passing by and door to reception slamming."

"Cute little quiet area and relaxing rooms. Would come again for sure. we got an uber to Matlock bath took 5 minutes. Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of street parking outside the b&b thanks "
