"I had a lovely time at Wallacia hotel, staff were all lovely, bed was super comfortable, room was clean. Flooring not the greatest (old), but overall a nice stay."

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"If this review site allowed me to rate it TERRIBLE, I would. Our experience was shocking. After circling the huge block several times to find somewhere to park the car (there is only one spot available for a quick drop off, nothing available for when you arrive) we were told there was only street or train station parking available! All a huge walk away (with luggage and nobody would dare leave their car at Penrith Station overnight!) I had to quickly jump out of the car on a pedestrian...

"En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back"

"Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a...
