The house is poorly maintained. The house is covered in mold, steps to enter house deplorable, garage doors missing, window sills dirty, mattress so old topper has been added. Linens, blankets and towels old. Scaled coffee maker full of old grinds. Chairs in dining room wobbly. Recliner in living gets stuck open. Ceiling fan blades with edged dust mounds. After booking this house I happen to be in the area and drove by to see location. Contacted the host to tell him the house needs to be cleaned, garage door fixed and lawn cut. He promised to have this done. He had 9 months before our booking. I kept the booking based on his promise. We arrived and nothing had been addressed. I contacted the host Don Carson. He said we like to keep the lawn natural for nature and there are ping pong tables in the garage. If I could have found another place last minute I would have left. I was embarrassed since I’m the one who set it up and my family was disappointed. I do not recommend and I will never return.
