Waiting to fly

So close to the airport, you can see the planes taking off. Very peaceful and quiet area. Not much going on in the area. If you need to be close to the airport and want a free shuttle to make sure you arrive at the airport on time, i would recommend this hotel.

Not a good experience, even if just a few hours

A bit disapointment when I arrived late night, and although I had requested the shutle service, no shutle was available, even after I called the hotel. Very limited amenities (1 small soap) and the pressure of water was extremly low. Eventhough it was very late (after 1 am), there was someone with loud music in another room. The only positive aspect is the convinient location, close to the airport if you are transiting for a few hours.

My flight got delayed a few hours so I just needed somewhere to rest. This location was perfect as it was close to the airport. Elizabeth who was at reception was very friendly and got me a room very quickly. The wifi wasn’t working so she allowed me to use her hotspot to track my flight. I was very appreciative of that sweet fester. I only stayed about 6 hours. The room was clean with a decent shower and a balcony overlooking the village. The roads to the property however is terrible. This is a perfect layover spot. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Infrastructure is okey, including good TV reception, AC, wifi but they need to maintain the shower facilities and provide cleaner linen & towels. Staff were extra hospitable and kind at reception desk and dining. However they need to raise their bar on breakfast varieties to include fresh fruits and juices, pancakes, cereals etc and timeliness in serving and preparation that goes with it.

Worse place ever

Well what can I say, i would not rate this hotel more than half a star. I apprecaite its mainly used for 1 night stays being an airport hotel however not having hot water, linen being dirty, finding cockroaches in bathroom and being charged higher prices than those listed on the restaurant menu is really not acceptable. Yes it is cheap however so are alot of other hotels in the area. Dont stay here!!

Ok value airport hotel

An ok hotel walking distance from the airport. They also offer a shuttle service, but the pick-up agreed for our late arrival didn't show up and the proprietor was not answering at the hour, so we had to walk. Luckily the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from terminal 2 and not that difficult to find, even in the dark. The comfort is African standard: ear plugs and a sleeping mask are recommended.

Airport pick was pre arranged but 45 mins late. Hotel is close to airport and was used for an extended layover rather than staying in the airport. Staff is friendly and hotel is very basic.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

I stayed at this hotel twice. It is very close to the airport making it ideal for early departures and late arrivals.The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, although hot water seemed to be a problem. The rooms I stayed in had balconies. The wifi generally worked well. The hotel has a restaurant which serves good food (and beer). However, the biggest plus point for me, and it is a huge plus point, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

The staff was excellent. Some of our party arrived late and the staff was very accommodating. They have an in house restaurant and the food is great. Will stay there again

Not worth your comfort for convenience.

I only booked this place bc I had to stay a night close to the airport. I had no expectations it was going to be nice and that was fine. But I was expecting toilet paper and to be able to shower. Not worth it even for a short night.

Nytt hotell med sina fel och brister. Det är charmigt, men enkelt. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen, men vägen dit går igenom fattiga områden med riktigt dåliga vägar. Restaurangen ttar god tid på sig att servera. Välldigt dåligt vattentryck, så ducha kan man knappt.

Staff was very helpful.

We arrived in Dar Es Salaam at 2:30 am. Luckily the BL is very close to the airport so it didn't take long to get there. The two staff members on duty, plus the security guard, helped unload our van and carry our bags to our rooms. They also gave each of us a bottle of water upon check-in. In the morning we were provided a nice breakfast in the dining room. The waitress was very pleasant as well. The only drawback was the there was hardly any water pressure to take a shower with the hand-held shower wand. It barely dribbled out so a quick rinse was all that could be had. But overall the room itself was fine for the short amount of time we spent there.

It has convenient location to airpoyfor overnight

The hotel is new and is still under construction ( no operating lifts). Staff are friendly but need to develop experience
