Convenience to our destination was great. We had a spacious suite. Place needs rehabbed. Bathroom was dirty. The vents in the ceiling over the toilet were dirty and grime hanging from the vent. The shower floor was stained dirty and the corners around the bathroom were very dirty. Hasn’t been deep cleaned in years.

The hotel is very nice but the dogs in the room next to us back a good portion of the night. The room above us had kids who were using the room like a jungle gym. Didn't get much sleep.

This was an absolutely unpleasant experience for my family, and I. We will not be returning to this hotel chain in our lifetime. The beds were smaller than the normal queen, the bathroom only had a shower and could not fit two people standing in the bathroom comfortably, the rooms were blazing hot when you entered them, and need some updating. The staff member (SAMANTHA) on the phone and in person at the front desk was an absolute nightmare!!! I have never been treated so rudely or disrespected so much by an employee of an establishment. I then went to read multiple reviews where others that have visited this establishment said the same things about Samantha. It is astonishing to me that a staff member with this much disregard for their guests would be allowed to keep their job. I would never recommend going to this place!!!

Hello Deana, I am aware of what occurred at check in and through your stay. We have policies in place for the protection of our guests and their personal information. I'm sorry if you found them inconvenient. If you would have listened to what Samantha was attempting to explain to you it may have gone better for you.

Very nice room! Good breakfast. However, staff person was rather abrupt, even a bit rude at check in...and it wasn't late at night, only 7pm.

Our room was clean. The tv and frig. were unplugged, that was minor. It was quiet. The bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast. It was a good experience overall.

5 Star Stay Everytime
This is our go to hotel when we go to Danville. We have stayed several time for the Covered Bridge Festival and our family and friends stayed here fir our sons wedding.

Very outdated, dirty carpets, small rooms, old shower, stained curtains, old in general, etc. But only needed for sleep so the bed was comfy and pillows nice. Staff was average at check in but check out was very nice.

Hello Jessica. I'm sorry you did not read our policy on the website regarding local residents not accepted at Sleep Inn. There are some hotels in Danville that do not have this policy.

The property was on the older side. The person who checked me in was NOT friendly at all. The room was very spacious, but again, needed updating. The pool was excellent; clean, nice size and the water was a decent temperature. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The price was good. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
