"WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money...

"The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful."

"The property was decidedly tacky, clean but tacky. The decor is 1950s. The exterior was under construction ( not when we were there , but ding off and so on) . Narrow back entryway up stairs .
There was one double bed with the worst mattress I ever slept on. GET A NEW MATTRESS OWNER, Dave.
The boys (6' 2" and 6'7") had day beds and bunkbeds and had too squeeze in
Thank for the frozen pizza Dave-- it is sill in the freezer. Did not use Maxwell house bagged coffee either

"This little place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water, heat and air worked great. Kitchen was supplied with some essentials. Check in and check out was easy and stress free. The location was close to downtown. The only heads up, which is NO reflection on the host...there is a rooster next door that will wake you at 5 a.m. so bring some white noise or ear plugs. "
