" I visit Folly at least once/year and this is the MOST convenient spot I have stayed. One block away from public beach access, Bert’s Market, great food like Chico Feo, and all of Center Street! There is even a Starbucks in a hotel right across the street. You could bring nothing but a bathing suit and a beach chair and stay here comfortably for days. "My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! "

"I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I highly recommend...
