"Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. The property managers were very communicative with clear check in and check out instructions and they were very responsive when I had an issue with parking (not their fault!)
