"I found this residence to be impeccably clean and equipped precisely as advertised. The Cannonborough location was within easy walking distance of the King Street corridor but free from its noise. Beds slept well, appliances and systems functioned, and the keyless access was easy to use. The reserved off-street parking made coming and going far easier. Patrons should know that climbing stairs is necessary to get this location."

"Our stay could not have been better. The location was perfect, such a sweet street and close to so many shops and restaurants. The condo itself looked even better than the photos. Clean, spacious, comfortable. It had everything we needed. Communication was thorough and easy. Very responsive and friendly. Would return! "

"Excellent room with everything you need for the stay. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels and good shower. Perfect instructions from host. Nicely decorated condo, perfect for two people. Balcony/deck with nice view. Only suggestion would be a little later checkout. 10 o’clock seems a little early. No chance to enjoy the beach before having to leave. Would highly recommend this particular unit as I believe each condo is slightly different in comfort."

"We arrived earlier before check in. Called and asked if we would be able to park and get an extra parking pass for another guest. Spoke to someone and was told we would get a call back. No returned call. Finally decided to check into condo at 7 pm to find out the condo had not been cleaned. No clean sheets, towels, Nothing! Called and cleaning service arrived promptly! Wake up the next morning to a moist floor- from the dishwasher had leaked. Very musty in the home ."

"Perfect cabin for a couple! Small but storage is maximized and there are hooks everywhere to hang things. And so clean! I’ve never stayed in a rental where the floors felt so clean! Loved being able to sit on the balcony doing my Bible study while drinking coffee and watching the ocean! Walking distance to so many of our favorite local places! And the hostess is so hospitable…really put a lot into making the cabin feel welcoming! "

"Awesome clean condo. Host was amazing. I highly recommend this place and beds are super comfortable with the BEST pillows. 1 mile from King St - we walked and the best cheesesteak place and general store across the street. "
