Comfortably sleeps 8, beautiful park-like setting. Enjoy the amazing view of Douglas Lake from the large deck or while soaking in the Hot Tub! The gentle sloping property makes for an easy walk down to your private dock! Enjoy s'mores or picnic around the Fire Pit! The large (oversized) level parking area makes loading and unloading very easy. There's plenty of room for parking the trailers so BRING THE TOYS! The dock can accommodate pontoon boats, ski boats, waverunners, etc. Watercraft rentals less than two miles from the cabin. Public boat launch is less than ten minutes away. LAKE TIME is just a 20 min drive to the Pigeon Forge area. Easy drive with no steep roads and very picturesque! Enjoy the quaint shops of Dandridge and local dining.

NOTE: Douglas Lake level is lowered by the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) early September until end of March to mid-April. Lake level at 985 or higher for docking watercraft.
