  • Airconditioned home.
    This beautiful remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in the lantern district of Dana point and is within walking distance of all Dana Point restaurants and bars, Dana Point Harbor and Doheney beach. ( yes, the surfing beach made famous in the Beach Boys song). Fully remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, island, 42" gourmet stove, fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, airfryer, Vitamix blender etc... Very private backyard with brand new hot tub, large patio with Barbeque. Surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler in the 2 car attached garage.
    There is also a stand up paddle board and 2 bicycles in the garage.

    The house is perfect for 4 adults and up to 4 kids. Possibly 6 adults and 2 kids, but that would be a bit cramped.

    70" flatscreen TV in the family room.
    36' flatscreen TVs in every bedroom



    2023 improvements:
    1. front gate installed on patio, so pets and small kids can't escape.
    2. New Jacuzzi installed spring 2023
    3. New patio umbrellas with built in LED lighting
    4. Wi-fi was upgraded to Cox Panorama high speed internet.

Well located for our needs, very clean and very thoughtfully equipped. The photos were up to date. Our host Bob made himself available with local information and dining suggestions. Our stay was too short!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Very clean, fully stocked, and the house was so cozy and inviting! We loved everything about it, especially the outdoor space. We cannot wait to book again soon! Very close to everything also. We were able to walk everywhere! It was wonderful!

A great spot close to our home. Family members stayed here at Thanksgiving, within walking distance of our home, and very well appointed. Our host, Robert, was terrific.

This is a wonderful little three bedroom house with a beach cottage vibe. It has a great layout for family and wonderful outdoor space that gives privacy. The house was very clean and a great location for Dana point. I would definitely stay here again and the host was very responsive

We loved our stay here. The house is clean and comfortable and as pictured. We had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the Lantern District and is walkable or a very short drive to everything. Very dog friendly too with an outdoor area and a block away from a cute little park for walks. Bob was an excellent host who even helped us setup baby gates when we first got there and also gave us a coupon to a great seafood place just down the street. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Dana Point.

This property was wonderful! The house was super clean, all decor was current and the landscaping was beautiful! Lots of outdoor space and seating to enjoy the amazing weather! The owner was exceptionally friendly and responded quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home.

Everything was Outstanding: house, yard, decks, location, kitchen and host Rob. We could not have been happier. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We will definitely book again.

We truly enjoyed staying at this home. We were in need of a place to stay during some home renovations and this home was perfect. It was still relatively close to our home and schools, yet far enough away that we felt like it was a little adventure. We were able to walk to the harbor, and check out new restaurants and shops.The home is well equipped with all that you need. The space is cozy and inviting, the deck is wonderful in the afternoon sun and I absolutely love the quaint size. Bob & Robin are delightful and made us feel welcome in their home. Not sure we'll have renovations in the future - but if we needed a place in Dana, this would be the spot.

Casa de Bellena. It was a great base for us to explore Dana Point. The location is walking distance to cafes, exercise studios and scenic walks. Other attractions such as beaches, historical sites, and golf courses are a short drive. Bob is an accessible host. He immediately responded to all questions and concerns. The house is well appointed and we took advantage of the lovely outdoor patios and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bob really kept in touch in the nicest way - and not too much!Great, clean house. We were there for a family wedding and had friends over one night for hors d’oeuvres. There was plenty of room and the house got lots of compliments. Hot tub a nice treat!

This was our second stay at Bob's lovely property. The house is super clean and super cozy. Beach cottage with a contemporary twist..love it! Bob responds very quickly to any question we may have. Very secure outside area for our dog. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We definitely will be back!

Bob is an excellent host! He was very quick to respond to our messages and came right away when we had an issue with one TV. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his recommendations for area events and points of interest.The property is beautiful and homey. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The listing was very accurate. It's surprisingly private even though it's a well populated area. We enjoyed coffee by the chiminea on the front deck in the morning and cold drinks in the hot tub in the evening. We didn't get to take advantage of all of the extras that are available with the house though. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to return if we get the opportunity.

Perfect and so cute!

Walking distance to everything! Harbor, groceries, restaurants, beaches, parks. House is super cute and the outside entertaining space is WONDERFUL! Lots of heater for chilly CA evenings. Amenities were wonderful and kitchen fully stocked. Couldn’t ask for more! Owners were very friendly and had prompt communication. Loved our stay!

Perfect Getaway!

We spent a fantastic 4th of July weekend here. Perfect for our family of 5. Cozy open floor plan and great outdoor spaces to relax. We enjoyed walking to the harbor and kayaking in the morning. Bob the owner is wonderful and responsive and we would stay again in a heartbeat 💓!

I didn’t want to leave!

The house was bright and open and the patio and outside were perfect to enjoy the weather. The house is a few blocks from the ocean and very walkable to excellent restaurants. My only regret is not renting it for longer.

PERFECTION!

This place was absolutely PERFECTION! It had all elements needed for the PERFECT vacation- bright clean atmosphere, quiet cool comfortable bedrooms, wraparound deck for my pups to enjoy AND a hot tub! It was also within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach! The owner even popped in to say hello and to ensure all was well! He was super friendly and VERY responsive when we had questions. THANK YOU for a FANTASTIC VACATION!! Will be booking again!!
