It was perfect for our family gathering! Plenty of room, well appointed, the beds were comfortable (everyone slept well!), quiet and private. Host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Dana Point Amazing Stay

Ken and his team were fantastic. The property was perfect for our gathering of friends and family. Loved the adjoined units, Location, everything. Highly recommend this and the Stay Coastal team for any vacations.

Perfect Location

House was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Host was very quick in getting back to me with any questions, even stopped by to check on us. Could not be happier. Hopefully we will be back.

Great location for beach time

This was a great dog-friendly property for our annual family beach trip. Ken was super helpful and very responsive. The unit is 2 of 4 and well stocked with the usual items plus beach towels and beach chairs. AC is a must during the summer (many beach properties don’t have it) and worked like a dream during the heat wave. It’s near many restaurants, cafes and Ralph’s grocery store. We look forward to returning next year!

Sales Team Retreat

Our sales team was attending a conference in the area and elected to stay in the house (two units), allowing for social engagement of five between conferences and dinners. The property receives excellent marks on all measures! Ken is a pleasure to work with before, during, and after.

Beautiful units, lovely location and great for families

Our stay at Casa Mia was absolutely perfect. The units were very clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with Ken. He was very responsive. The home is located on a quiet street. Very serene; very close to shops and restaurants. We did a lot of walks. The marina is 5 min ride. There was also some beautiful lookout points nearby.

perfect for our family

well, my son would say the fact that each be was a king , was the best part. for me having all of us together was the best. and the fact that the exterior space was well lit at night. walking around with a baby and having bad vision, the lighting was bright but not obtrusive. the location cant be beat. we walked to get food, and to the marina area, which was beautiful. we are already planning to return

Great location and property

A group of estate here for a wedding at Dana point. The property is in great condition and very nice. Also super easy to walk to the beach or all the shopping and restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay here again

Great Family Retreat

Our stay was great, perfect property for a large group. My only negative is some items were so high up in the kitchen and bathroom we needed a step stool or chair to reach. Very minor compared to everything else.

A Dream Weekend

We stayed at this property for our wedding weekend. It was perfect for family to stay with us the night before. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the property manager was super helpful. Couldn't have been happier with the location and the amenities. Just a great place!

Dana point was fun

The property was very clean it is actually two units but advertised as one. You have to use your own sign on to watch television which is somewhat inconvenient.
